I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a missing parcel that had been stuck in transit with no updates for days. After getting nowhere online, I came into the branch hoping for some clarity—and that’s when I met Victor, the branch manager.
Victor was not only professional but genuinely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen, pulled up the tracking information, and made several calls on my behalf to locate the package. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, we were able to track it down and get it moving again.
It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares and follows through. Victor turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Huge thanks to him and the team at this location—your help made all the difference!

I came her a couple months ago It was my first time sending a package and the man at the register was more annoyed i was asking questions. All he told me was go buy a box at the store then he said next to help the next customer while i was still standing in front of em . I felt like i got kicked out of there for trying to figure out how to send a package . Ppl on the front desk are not profesional at all

I cannot thank Kimberly enough for the kindness, care, and effort she showed in helping me find a package that held deep sentimental value. Not only did she go out of her way to locate it, but she truly went on a mission to make sure it was found.
Kimberly was patient, reassuring, and incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. She calmed my nerves, kept me updated, and treated my situation with genuine importance. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she did.
Kimberly, you are a gem, and USPS is lucky to have someone like you representing them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I went to go deliver a letter and package today at 3-4 and there was an older woman working with an accent. She is one of the RUDEST workers ever, treated me and another customer so rudely for NO reason. Someone should keep her in check.

This post office in Van Nuys is the worse unfortunately we moved around here and we have to use this one for our mail, they always put our packages in the wrong box and our mail gets lots.
To make it worse the manager says he is the best and has been deliver mail for years. Well don’t justify bad service my opinion I hate that😡
The one in sylmar is the best never had issues there but sold our home and move her.

I stopped to get a money order. The line was short for once and I was happy because I thought my wait time wouldn't be long. I was wrong, it took forever and a long line built as I waited. Finally at my turn all I needed was a money order and had a debit card so exact change. The man behind the counter said Jesus Christ everybody today wants a money order. Despite my needing one minute after standing in line for 20 minutes.

Normally have zero issues sending tracked letters for my business at this location, something I've done dozens of times... but the older lady suddenly decided my letters are packages that require $15 shipping. I've sent much larger envelopes than this in normal first class mail at this location.

The USPS post man is very poor when it comes to delivery of my item/s. Always saying "no access", well in fact, all she/he has to do is to put it at the parcel locker, which also she didn't do. They want me to pick it up at their office. People are busy, the only thing they have to do is to ensure that my item delivered safely but on this part they failed.
