They have a really nice RV park. We go there at least once a month. They have a really nice dog park.
Nearby activities: There is a shooting range right next store. The casino, gas station and store. Good restaurants in the casino.
Safety: Very safe
Walkability: You can walk to the casino from the RV park but they have a shuttle.
Noteworthy details: They have holiday events that are family oriented and so much fun.

Smoking is allowed in the casino. I don't smoke so it wasn't for me. If your a non smoker you will leave smelling like one!

Rooms: The rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable!!! The Pool view side is THE BEST! I Really wish the pool was open year round, highly recommend Visiting Pala when their pool is open(Adults only Pool)!!!
Food and drinks: Highly recommend dining at Pala Casino!!! For one, their customer service is second to none!!! I don’t care what restaurant you dine at, the food is absolutely delicious and their cocktails are top-notch!!!

I have been going to Pala since 2001 and always enjoy it very much. It's close and everyone is friendly.
Rooms: Rooms are large and comfortable.
Food and drinks: Plenty of food options to choose

Rooms are clean, non-smoking. Casino is sizable. Non-smoking area is small. Multiple food locations. Pool area is great, with multiple pools and chairs. Only open days, no evenings.
Frequent concerts. Live band in bar area
Rooms: Comfortable room, with coffee maker, mini frig and safe. Bathrooms have separate tub and shower and toilet, with double sinks. Beds are comfortable.

I love Pala casino never had the experience in staying in one of the suites, but if there great service and hospitality in the main floor of the casino I would probably liked the rooms but I can't really say to much regarding the rooms because I have not had the experience. But I would like to thank all the staff and the people that work in the cage, they are very nice and friendly they make you feel like your part of the team. It's a great experience I've had with them, so as far as the casino goes I truly liked it and they have all kinds of games you can choose from. I always win in the dragon game..
Noteworthy details: I think that the only thing that they really need to get back is the intercom because sometimes I can't find my family and I have to walk the whole casino looking for them and since I have a lot of disabilities I have to look for them in episodes. So I think if they would add that intercom they would have better reviews. But I guess it's a good place to go have fun... ?

The room was clean, comfortable. Non-smoking rooms are great as neither my wife or I have ever smoked and dislike smoky rooms. Upon checkout I mentioned to the hotel receptionist that some nefarious person had removed at least one screw for the safe in our closet and had fooled around with the others. She immediately called for maintenance to head there and fix it. That was reassuring.
The morning of checkout we ate at the Cafe and it was a very good value for the price and was a quality meal prepared with care. (French Toast and Eggs). We couldn't finish it all but everything was way above average for quality and taste for all the breakfast restaurants around a huge area. (All the other casinos included, seriously.) Your cooks do really know how to cook over-easy eggs and they were jumbo at that. My hat is off to them all.
Dinner the night before was at the Bar and Grill. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Filet Mignon with a side of sautéed mushrooms and demi-glaze. She loved the Salmon and the Filet was very tasty. Done medium-rare when I did specify medium but I only left 1/3 on the plate. Very good flavor. The dem-glaze was overly salty, honestly. A little less of salt overall would be a good move. Let the customer salt to taste? The crab cakes were delicious but only 2 smaller cakes made it a little pricy. I know prices have climbed but 3 would be the right number for the price given. :) The mushrooms were a nice side dish for both of our main dishes.
It was very noisy with the baseball game on and lots of people coming and going, etc. Distracted from having an upscale dining experience. We didn't have any drinks and the price was a little high for the total but I honestly don't have a comparison restaurant for pricing to meal, just a feeling. I almost think a noise surround for the bar area (of some type) might help.
Overall a nice place. Worth visiting for 1 or 2 nights and would be even nicer with available Jacuzzi's in the pool area for adults only at night. (Major Hint). :) Adult area in the pools during the day would be a nice benefit also. (Again, just a thought but understand if you cannot).
Keep up the improvements for non-smoking hotel and other areas. The more non-smoking or mitigation you can achieve in the casino is appreciated and it is improving with your work on this. We noticed areas that were much clearer air several times over the last visit.
p.s. The Noodles restaurant needs TLC. We have stayed at Pala before and it is a disappointment. Not up to the standards of the other restaurants. I just know it could be lots better. Having a casual Asian meal choice of quality and care would really enhance the experience.
