We recently moved to Palm Desert. On a few different occasions I needed some email attachments printed out. I was able to forward the email to this location, and have the pages printed there. I also had to make numerous copies, and send a fax. With each visit I was struck with how helpful and knowledgeable each of the staff are! This location is my first choice whenever I require a service they provide. Great job! Many thanks for all your help! Stay safe!

Clint did an amazing job designing several items for our business. It was a very quick turn around and the price was extremely affordable! I appreciate the constant communication while making sure we were happy with the items he was designing. I highly recommend!

Went in to return an Amazon package and was not greeted properly. The clerk behind the desk was trying to sell me a roll of masking tape and informed me that they do not make money on returns as all I asked him for was ONE Sliver of tape to secure the package. Customer Service and Customer Delight are two of the common ingredients in ensuring a Customer's return. If you don't like your job...Quit...and make room for someone more deserving to take your place. It's that simple!

We've used this location for years. Be aware that if you use your own UPS account number you will get an (attitude).We've always believed that in business that every customer should feel welcome regardless of the type of transaction, big or small. When the door swings the person walking in should be made to feel like family consistently each and every time.This location use to be that way. Treating customers with respect is a choice an employee makes and if treated with disrespect, that's a management issue. I'm really disappointed and write this in hopes of changing behaviors. We will probably try them again at some point...

We've used this PostNet location for many years. Always friendly, helpful and when we've brought in complex items to ship, they always get it done. Boxing delicate items (including electronics) simple overnight envelopes, faxing, we've used them for about everything. We highly recommend PostNet!

Seriously amazing customer service. I brought in a t-shirt that I wanted have designed just to find out that it is was too small for my design. The guy helping me out waited after hours for me to go get another shirt and come back. The shirt was made in minutes. Highly recommend!

Called to inquire about notary services. Was told they would be available before noon and after 1pm. I showed up at 1:15 to find they were at lunch. Update: 2:15 - still at lunch... I went elsewhere

These people know nothing about how the shipping services they offer work! Dropped off 3 FedEx SmartPost packages. Checked tracking the next day, and the packages were not showing up in the FedEx system. Went back to store (planning to drop off another package) and inquired about the prior day FedEx pick-up. I was told that this PostNet store turns over their FedEx SmartPost packages to the USPS! I explained that FedEx SmartPost packages should be turned over to FedEx first, as they handle the long haul portion of shipping, and then FedEx turns the packages over to USPS for home delivery. They just said I was wrong--and they were extremely rude. Turning FedEx SmartPost packages over to USPS first delays shipping by at least 2 days--AND THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE SENDER OR RECIPIENT UNTIL AFTER THAT 2 DAYS ELAPSES. The USPS collects all the FedEx SmartPost packages mis-delivered to them, and once they have enough they send them San Bernardino to be turned over to FedEx to BEGIN the shipping process. [These facts were confirmed to me by both the Post Office and FedEx.] DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
