I saw Dr. Baus months ago. Dr. Baus gave me a thorough exam and explained my eye problems. He is very informative, professional, and kind.His staff however needs more direction on how to treat people. Sad.I called and left a message a month ago for Dr. B to call me regarding a prescription he gave me. NO CALL.I called and set an appointment with him last Wednesday. I received 5 calls from his confused staff. They have my insurance information. I asked them to call my insurance company as I am covered. I had to call and get numbers from my eye med insurance. I gave the numbers to the staff and still, and they were still confused. Sad that they can not figure out how to inquire to insurance companies. I did receive good care from Dr. Baus. I did receive the prescription he promised months ago. I will not go back as I can't deal with the front desk incompetence. Please see this amazing Doctor. You will receive the care and expertise you deserve from him.

I highly recommend these guys. Everyone was polite and professional and the doctor spent a lot of time with me and the prescription was perfect for both contacts and glasses. I will definitely go back.

I hadn't had an eye exam in 2 yrs and a close friend referred me to advanced optometry. I'm disabled so I have to pick a place that can help me with my special needs. Well. From the moment I walked in Sean the guy who did the first tests was just great. Then I saw Dr Baus. He did an excellent eye exam that really was helpful from a perspective of someone who needed explaining on lots of things. Really, really good eye Dr. Now I go to pick out glasses and the girl who helped me, Julie, was as amazing as they come. She told me the 1st frame I tried on was not for me and she wouldnt let me get it. Loved the honesty. I cannot wait till the glasses I did pick out are ready.....thanks everyone at Advanced Optometry!!!!

My Mom was treated exceptionally well at Advanced Optometry. She is 90 years old, and has some mobility issues. Cameron was very understanding and assisted us in getting her to the various machines they use to perform eye exams. After it was all over and we had ordered her new glasses, she commented that she thought this was the most thorough diagnostic eye experience she had ever had. Good job, Advanced Optometry and specifically Cameron!!!

Great team of professionals and always able to help. I'm a klutz and have broken my glasses a couple times over the time I've been coming here. I receive replacements pretty quickly. Very friendly people.

Poor policies. They will not see a family of 5 on the same day. They said we need to come in two different days. No thanks. We will go somewhere else.

There is nothing more important that making sure any eye issues are spotted right away. Dr. Baus and his staff are phenomenal. They are very thorough with their examinations. Dr. Baus is excellent. I am so happy that I found an optometry practice that I can trust with my annual eye exam. And they are very careful with cleaning between patients and scheduling so the waiting room stays safe.

The worst prescription I have ever received. I simply cannot see with their prescription. They stood behind their prescription, although I had glasses made by 3 different opticians. so now I am out over $2000, and cannot use my new glasses. I will be seeing a new optometrist and starting over. I have been wearing progressive lenses for over 30 years, wnd have never had this problem.

I've been wearing glasses and contacts for almost 30 years and this location offers exceptional care. Dr. Baus, is the most thorough optometrist I have ever encountered. Seriously. And Julie at the front desk is extremely helpful, kind, and definitely knows how to give a great recommendation on glasses and assisting with making them fit comfortably and correctly. The office is always well kept and clean. Thank you for providing such great care, Advanced Optometry! I will forever be a patient of yours as long as I live in the valley!

Was my first time seeing an optometrist EVER. Dr.Baus did a very thorough exam and answered all of my questions. Julie was also very explanatory when helping me choose my frames and type of lenses and different styles. As someone who enjoys using glasses i will consider coming back often to fill more frames. This place made my first experience very pleasant ? thank you guys again! ⭐️

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, professional & courteous. Dr. Baus was professional & efficient. He knows what he's doing. I was quite satisfied with my first time visit & will definitely keep going back. I recommend Dr. Charles J. Baus & his staff at Advanced Optometry. My glasses arrived 1 week sooner than expected so I was also pleased about that.
