I approached Teresa to help me find jarred oysters. She went above and beyond to find the product and gave driving instructions to the store that carried them. She spent time on her phone to call several stores for me. Outstanding individual and unique in today's world of business!!!!

Store is clean and stocked well for a wednesday during fashion week and tennis season. The coinstar machine here works amazing i was able to get a starbucks gift card from my change here with no issues from the starbucks across the street

The prices are outrageous and the service terrible. They do however have some good items that you may not find elsewhere. The cashiers don't even acknowledge your existence. They are too busy talking to each other. The bathroom is pretty basic and way in the back. You don't notice anyone in charge during odd hours. Avoid this place unless you need an item that they stock.

No self checkout and 1 register open when a line is backed up. Makes no sense. Also no drinks in the grab and go which additionally makes no sense.

If you drive for Uber deliveries, do not take orders from this store it’s horrible the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with as a new Uber driver. Their staff was horrible and condescending and very rude. I would never ever go back there for any deliveries as an Uber delivery person.

Hi. It's 6pm on a Friday and there are 2 registers open with the lines back way up with 10+ people waiting @ times. 4th manager Santos is on a phone call while at the register and sending texts.

Friendly people, immaculate store, wide selection. Prices are super high, but I can't blame the store for that, but they have some excellent deals, have to look for them.

A person should not have to sit in their car overcoming a sense of dread and meditating for the right attitude to enter a grocery store. I have come to this store about once a week for the last year or so. It is well stocked and has some items my regular store does not carry. However, the attitude of most of the personnel is off-putting. I have encountered a pleasant man stocking the produce department and a Hispanic female clerk who was appropriate. Every other employee I have encountered has been miserable. I blame this on management. Customer service has not been stressed, and possibly the manager is unkind to the personnel. I don't know what the problem is but I think today was probably my last day at this Albertsons.

I want to commend the store manager Jacob for his outstanding customer service today. After returning home from shopping I realized the young man bagging my groceries did not put my whole cooked chicken in my cart. Frustraded I called the store to tell them what happened. I was not feeling well enough to go back to the store so Jacob offered to deliver my item to my home. That is what I call customer service! We need more employees like Jacob.

Went to the deli area and asked for the Mac and cheese... was completely cold! Ewwwww gross. Then asked for the bowtie pasta and again Albertsons you disappointed.. the pasta was hard like it hadn't even been cooked. Last but least the meatloaf was mediocre... nothing special. Get it together albertsons! I expected way better
