Almost impossible to do business with this company. Apria computer systems are unable to process my CPAP orders online correctly and timely. 2 shipments were sent in error. After multiple calls, a telephone disconnect, and rude hang up, I am still unable to order needed

Apria Palm Desert went above & beyond with supplying my new Oxygen Concentrator Rx! My ears were extremely sensitive to the 66 decibels of noise made by the machine. Apria heard my complaint & REdelivered until 3rd much better machine arrived & I also followed Oscar's suggestion to put the machine in our tiny extra bedroom using extra long tubing (50' available, I needed 30' of it). Finally able to use the oxygen concentrator & have a Good Night's Sleep again with new Rx after 7 days of constructive discussion. Thank You Apria!

April went way out of their way to make sure I has the equipment I needed. They take calls and return them. Super nice people. I couldn't be more grateful for them. April is nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much Apria

Giving a star is more than necessary. I had the worst experience from day one. They do not know what they are doing. My bad experience began with what Credit Card I was able to use. I wanted to use my Credit Care card and had asked many times if they accept it. I even said, I will not get the machine if they do not accept it. When I picked up my machine, the person took my card and tried to use it. She saw the card and said their machine wasn't working and that I could use it once I was billed. I sent in the information with the bill. My bill continued to show a balance and so I called over the phone to pay. The woman helping me tried 6 times to run card and said there was an error. The whole time saying they DO accept Care Credit. I continued to try and call many times to pay the bill, but the billing department had no idea what they were doing and all along said they accepted Care Credit. They continued to call me twice a day to collect payment and were saying that my balance was going to collections if I didn't pay. I continued to call the office to pay and she also said they accept Care Credit and tried to run card. I finally asked for a manager. She said they do not accept Care Credit. I was furious! I asked her if her staff along with the billing department had any idea what forms of payment they DO accept. This had gone on for weeks. I am still dealing with it and just found out, their billing office is located in the Philippines. Their staff, from the office to the billing department, are not aware of what forms of payment they accept. I will lose my mind if I use them moving forward. I will need to find where I can get supplies moving forward. Good luck to anyone who uses this company!

Its like going to a fast food drive through. Some how they will mess up your order. 3 mistakes in a row and still my order is pending complete after 2 months. No over night shipping or office direct drop off to help the situation. Still waiting for my order to be complete.

We had a positive experience. Equipment that was delivered was the wrong size. They exchanged it the next day. Very helpful.

Bar none, one of the worst experiences I must endure. Multiple phone calls for same issue, answered by me, continue to get calls. No one seems to know what is going on at Apria so they call you but they can't explain why they are calling you - they just want information. My Gawd.....you have the doctor info., you have info. I've already provided, you have insurance info., what more do you need? Oh.......perhaps you need qualified, competent employees! If I could to anywhere else, I would but - alas - there is nothing else out there any better. They're all HORRIBLE! Waiting for the day I can order from Amazon and have it reimbursed by my insurance. Shouldn't be too long now..........

I will tell you that I was reluctant to go back to Apria due to some issues I had yrs ago but my dr gave a prescription to the Palm Desert office and I decided to go with them once again for my cpap supplies and machine. First of all they got me right in and the machine and the mask are the best I've used in 15 yrs. I have been sleeping 7 or 8 hrs a nite with the new mask and equiptment and couldn't be happier. My issues in the past were due to billing issues and overly aggressive calls to buy more supplies etc so hoping this is no longer the case, but for now the equiptment provided and the appt with the therapist were top notch and I'm quite please.

It was wonderful to finally get set up with a Sleep Apnea Supply Company.I received my order, from Apria in a couple of days and have put to good use the supplies I ordered. The cost was reasonable too.....much cheaper than buying online from an independent source. I am indeed pleased.

When I first began dealing with Apria, I checked out their online reviews. I was surprised by their extremely low 2.3 star rating, but wasn’t all that concerned - assuming, “How bad could it possibly be - to just receive a walker from them?” Well, rating Apria with one star is grossly generous, but zero stars wasn’t an option (and I couldn’t leave a review otherwise). Dealing with this company - just to receive my physician-requested & insurance-approved walker, has been a VERY unnecessary nightmare! #1: Voicemail messages go unreturned. #2: It’s nearly impossible to actually speak to staff & #3: when you do, they are uninformed, unprofessional & extremely rude. #4: Multiple faxed requests/prescriptions from 2 of my physicians for a walker were somehow “lost” and/or “not received”. #5: The 2-page forms sent to my physicians to fill out - asking for the # of inches between my bed & wall, etc. are “ridiculous” (one of my doctor’s description - not mine). #6: Unless you insist on speaking to one specific staff member, be prepared to receive 2-3 different answers to your question. #7: One staff member actually went so far as to suggest that while I waited for them to get their paperwork sorted out, I could go “find one cheap at a thrift store.” I had to remind them that I was unable to drive myself to numerous thrift stores - due to my broken ankle & broken foot… the REASON for my need of a walker in the first place! I could go on & on with many more examples of their complete ineptness. After almost 1 month of begging, crying & ultimately screaming, I have gotten nowhere (both literally AND figuratively), and STILL had no walker. Due to my surgeon stressing the importance of ending the long delay of not being able to put weight on my foot (also delaying my physical therapy), I was forced to purchase my own walker from Amazon (received it the next day). I honestly don’t know HOW these people manage to get through their day without serious injury to themselves or others! Dealing with Apria can best be summed up as the perfect example of the phrase “a complete s#!t-show” - and that’s being very kind. CONGRATS, APRIA! YOUR RATING IS NOW 2.2 STARS!
