Do not choose AT&T for your wireless service. Your phone number will not be properly transferred. In addition, you will be offered discounts and incentives, and, after you agree to accept them, none of them will appear on your account. I am astonished that AT&T can stay in business. I will be moving my wireless service back to Verizon.

I was having troubles with my phone while deployed. I had multiple hour long conversations with AT&T support and none of them could fix the issue. I couldn’t call or text my family or friends and Alvaro through the phone with my girlfriend fixed the problem in less then 10 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him, He lifted a massive weight off my shoulders and he’s the reason I will keep being an AT&T customer for life. Thank your Alvaro your the best!

I was experiencing major issues with my cell phone service and the sales consultant Alvaro Venegas not only took care of the problems immediately but he also discovered I had been overcharged for years on a grandfather plan - he changed my plan and now I'm paying what I should be paying. I'm very grateful for his knowledge and courteous customer service.

Kudos to Sandra Garabito,
She is a delight! Very friendly, Extremely knowledgeable about her products and very willing to patiently explain and help with the set up process.
My wife Sherry and I had the good fortune to have found Sandra who graciously helped us with our purchases of two iPhones and an Apple Watch. She probably saved me (85 years young) Hour’s trying to figure it out for my self. Additionally I went back a few days later to turn in my old phones and she spent another hour educating me and customizing my new watch. Her explanation of your warranties was an easy sell so for the first time I bought it.
I have been an ATT CUSTOMER since the 80s and started in the analog days switching to digital the first day it was offered.
Thank you to Sandra. I say she saved my life.
AT&T is lucky and fortunate to have her.

Mis Brandi at Palm Desert store was wonderful. Amazing customer experience. She answer all our questions, looked up what we wanted just to make sure. She explained what was on the bill, with out trades. She also help us add more items, once we checked out discounts.

I have been with Verizon for over twenty years and Pablo made me feel like a new valued customer I did not want to leave Verizon but Pablo showed me the advantages of having AT&T. He made my transition effortless and had an amazing personality. I have been telling my friends to go see him and the benefits of having AT&T. It was also nice to see that all the other customers in the store were having the same experience. You have a great team in the Palm Desert store. AT&T should use them as an example of what exemplary service looks like. Excellence is rare in today's world I hope you compensate them accordingly.

Came to Palm Desert for the tennis tournament. The AT&T service coverage was very poor in and around Indian wells. We could not make a phone call and even texts were only delivered randomly. No way to search the internet. This seems to be the norm recently for AT&T. I was in Las Vegas recently a week before the Super Bowl and it was more of the same. So it is looking like this might be the service for you if you never go anywhere where there are a lot of people.
