Came in to get a replacement processed, but was unable to complete due to the manager being unavailable as well as the staff present not having adequate access codes to assist me. Make sure your staff has access necessary to serve your customers or risk losing them to competitors with better service protocols.However, Sandra was great in answering all my questions and provided suggestions for alternative solutions! Always support this store since 2016 when i first got my iphone here, probably got around 6 phones from them for myself and family members. The problem came when i bought 2 phones from them last year, the one for my mom went without any issue, a week later came to buy another phone for my dad, the girl staff who helped me seemed she just started working there, she spent almost 2 hours from the paperwork and setting up the phone which made me hope things would ended asap, she didnt ask me what plans, protection, upgrade or none of that (cause she simply put me on all of them which i never asked from my entirely using phones), she did mention at the end if i see the large bill "do not worry" because it will go back to what it should be the next billing cycle ( great, i thought). My mistake was setting up autopay with my business account, realized ive been paying for full year over $1000 extra, panicking i came to their store to find a solution, one of staff member there helped me out and fulling understand the situation, he offered me 6 months credits of what i had paid extra but since it wasn't my fault I decided to ask for a store manager in hope with his power he will find a better for me, but i was completely wrong. He seemed nice saying he will do a research for better solution, 2 months went by i had to text him back because i am tired of this, i told him that i will take 6 months of credit if he doesn't have any better solution, what he replied was shocked me, "how can you come up with that amount?" He can only do 3 months!!! Realized that whether the staff that offered me 6 months at first was whether do not know their policies or the manager just refused to help a customer who always buy new phones in need to support their store. I finally refused to take credit from him and promise myself that I wont be back for life.

My Experience was horrible!!! I was turned away to do my order online to “save” me money! But the phone they were going to give me was not the one I wanted so they told me when I receive the phone take it to the store to upgrade to the phone I want!!! To make a long story short they couldn’t upgrade my phone so I had to order the phone and for me to send the other new phone back!!! I am livid for wasting my time, energy and money! To top it off the person helping me Sandra was soo rude!!!!

Thank you Cameron! I am 76 yrs old and have had an unfortunate experience at a different office but this KID was very patient and kind and did a FABULOUS JOB MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.

Decided to make the switch to AT&T. Rep Cameron assisted in setting up 2 lines and made the transition incredibly smooth. Great customer service, very informative, and walked out feeling like I got a great deal.

Went with a friend who wanted some info regarding changes to her account. We barely made it through the door and we're treated like shit. The guy was so rude and wouldn't even let my friend finish her question. We obviously left and thought about what happen and thought...we should get a mangers name. My friend went back in and was treated even worst by the manger. I could not tell u anything regarding selection and or value because we couldn't get past the front entrance. Go to another location! This one is covered with evilness.

Cameron was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services ATT has to offer and was able to answer all of our questions prior to our upgrade. This will be our go to store from now on even though we have other ATT stores closer to our home.Great atmosphere and clean store. Double thumbs up ??!!

lisa armour is a super fabulous customer service representative. She was considerate of someone who is technologically challenged, she was kind to someone else in my family who is deaf. She understood what we needed and went out of her way to make sure she addressed each one in a very kind, considerate manner. I can't recommend her highly enough.
