I bought a 4L semi synthetic oil, filter, air filter to do the oil change on my car. Instead giving me a good oil was a burned recycle black oil. I was treated from a Hispanic employee with racist comments that he was from Texas. Now I'm trying to reach the Regional Manager. Be careful when you are getting oil, check that is properly sealed and the oil is clean.

Chris, the manager, took time out to help me use the wheel pulley kit to remove the pulley from the PS pump. We couldn't figure it out. Turns out the loaner kit had a stripped thread. It's been about 20 minutes helping me out and we pulled off the pulley. Most managers and people don't give a damn nowadays but he helps us out. That's saved us a ton of time, trips, and money. Fast service here too. The only complaint I have is that they don't have things in stock on the retail shelves, and in stock, and the La Quinta store nearly always does.

Convenient for me, they always make sure I get the right part. So far, never had to go back in the middle of a project. They also take your recycled oil and give your containers back, Clean!

When I called the store to ask for some details, Ana answered and was friendly and helpful. Arriving at the store, she again helped and went above and beyond - checking my car herself and identified the actual problem. Not what I thought it was! Saved me time and money, thank you!

I would recommend using this AutoZone, if for no other reason than the quality of employees that they have. Everyone we encountered was polite and so helpful. And a special shout out to Ana, who had such a great attitude she made me smile even though I was stressed out.

I had the items I needed to purchase here on my phone to show the customer service person, the man hardly speaks English and gives me the incorrect filter after saying the product wasn't in stock even though online it says it was at that store and I also called to verify what I needed was there. I really don't get why they'd have someone who can't communicate at the front. They also all have horrible customer service skills no thank you or nothing just hostile environment for anyone that needs help getting a question answered or a product in general!

I let the local dingbat clean my car, and he left a light on, so a VERY DEAD battery the next day. charged it with my Jackery 500. It started right up. But I drove it to Auto Zone to see if I had to buy a new battery. $260!!! I remember when batteries were $60. A very nice young man at Auto Zone volunteered a free check of my battery and charging system. Yeah, right. Turns out; battery 100%, electrical all perfect. All charging. NO charge!!
