Beth Cummins is the agent you *need* when buying in an unfamiliar area! She is tireless in her efforts to find you exactly what you are looking for. My husband and I had very different requirements for our retirement home. Beth came through for us. She knows the area very well and is filled with information and great advice. Beth is the ultimate professional; friendly , warm and always looking out for her clients best interest. She is never happy until you are happy! Highly recommend!

We can not say enough good things about Beth. My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet her in person last winter here in Palm Desert before the pandemic set in. At the time we were vacationing here but we then returned back East for work. We knew we wanted to retire in Palm Desert, but were unable to come back to house hunt this past summer due to the risks of travel. No problem, as Beth kept us regularly informed of homes that met our stated goals and price range. She also videotaped several homes during the heat of summer, sharing important information about the pros and cons of each potential property. We ended up purchasing one that was just right for us. Beth recommended a very competent home inspector and contractors that have helped us create our true dream home. We have been greatly impressed by Beth's can-do attitude, both at the peak of the pandemic and the scorching summer season. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to retire here in the Desert!
