I had scheduled 5 estimates of which 4 showed up and 3 gave me pricing. Sacha came out and measured and I pretty much knew that I would hire them before I even got the estimate. I did not have time to go to their showroom in Palm Desert before I left. They sent me some samples by mail but ultimately I found a carpet I liked at a store in Seattle.
