I am just in the process of switching from a second RiteAide pharmacy as the first one closed down after I was with them since they opened their doors almost 20 years ago and when I went to drop off a prescription at their drive up window, they had closed their doors without a notification whatsoever! Then I moved to the RiteAide at the corner of Country Club & Cook Streets. Unfortunately they don't have a drive up but they did tell me they had "FREE" delivery & they did for almost two months when unknowingly they stopped that service without any warning! I was then forced to send my Care Giver to pick up any scripts they had ready for me. Unfortunately, they couldn't produce all of my scripts at once so we were constantly sending my Care Giver day after day until I got all of my prescriptions in hand! My brother, from Colorado notified me that RiteAide just filed chapter 11 and hopefully promised to take care of their current customers they had now and pull out of bankruptcy someday in the future . Not on my watch! This is when my sister from Texas stepped in to help me locate just the right place for me to go. She found Greg at Cornerstone Pharmacy on Washington Street. The Lord was shining down on me today! You always listen to your Sister, so I called Greg at Cornerstone pharmacy and she was right on! Greg was so nice on the phone and so polite and helpful that I'm sure I'll be able to update this with a positive update soon, hopefully within a week. I just know that my Sister found a new home for all of my pharmaceutical needs! What a relief! The first thing I liked about Cornerstone Pharmacy is they are privately owned, not a corporation that doesn't care whether you get your medicine or not! Cornerstone Pharmacy will deliver right to your door as long as you are home, have a drivers license, and sign for your medication, and pay for it naturally. Easy as that! As of this pre-review on October 16, 2023, I expect to be moved in with Cornerstone Pharmacy within a week or so and will reply back here as soon as possible with a permanent review! But after talking to Greg, I doubt there will be much of change other than to tell you how great they are at Cornerstone Pharmacy on Washington Street! This is a nice small business. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It is a tradition pharmacy. It's a bit tricky to locate.

This pharmacy and the people who work there are amazing! I switched from a big pharmacy to Cornerstone and they were so kind and helpful. When you call...guess what?...a real person actually answers!! You don't have to press 20 different keys on an automated system in order to speak to someone or find out if your prescription is ready for pickup!! I wish I had switched my business to them a long time ago.

I echo the reviews above. Best customer service. Best staff. Greg Collins is the owner/pharmacist. The excellence starts at the top. They deliver! Literally AND figuratively. I am super happy to have moved my prescription needs….and flu shot needs….to them. The kind of personal, one-on-one communication we enjoyed in “the old days.”

I recently had surgery and doctor was supposed to call in pain medicine prescription the day before. Due to a miscommunication it was not done. The staff at Cornerstone took the lead and called the doctor. The day of the surgery they called me at 8:00 am to say that they had received the information they needed and I could pick up the medication. They were still working on it when I stopped on the way to the hospital. my husband picked it up while I was in surgery and raved about their professionalism and what a nice pharmacy it was. I agree 100%. They will have us as customers for as long as they are in business. Jackie and Jack

One of the most preeminent businesses I’ve had the pleasure to patronize. Not just best pharmacy- best business! Couldn’t ask for better efficiency or customer service. They’re the jewel in the crown. Go here! (They also provide free delivery).

This pharmacy is wonderful! The staff bent over backward when we needed some things in a rush, finding everything we needed. When a product wasn't in stock yet, they delivered it to our house with other items the next day. They are competent, helpful, patient and pleasant. We will definitely use them again.

I had to pick up some medication here a few months ago and this pharmacy was probably the cleanest and most inviting pharmacy I've ever been in. I love the verse on the wall. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and the staff was all so kind.

The staff at this pharmacy is great! The pharmacists do their best to accommodate if at all possible. The best thing of all is that they deliver! Where do you get that kind of service? I highly recommend this pharmacy. M

It is a pleasure to both applaud and recommend Cornerstone pharmacy. Greg and his team are the kindest and most attentive pharmacists our family has had the pleasure to experience. The contrast between Cornerstone and big box pharmacies is as different as night and day. Their attention to detail and knowledge with new prescriptions is outstanding.They deserve your support and will earn your loyalty.

The pharmacist is nice and the staff polite. They get prescriptions done quickly. HOWEVER, they refuse to wear face masks! This flies in the face of state requirements and current data. I always thought that pharmacists were part of the healthcare team, but Greg Collins shows by his actions that he's not. I'm very sorry that he has made this choice.

Outstanding! I never ever dreamed of this level of support for our healthcare prescription issues. Greg Collins puts the art of customer service and care back into what has become an unpleasant experience for many of us who rely on pharmacies and the medicines they dispense. His level of expertise and attention to your needs is simply in another realm of care. I almost feel guilty having this incredible resource when so few others can have this. AND, they deliver!

I stopped in at the Cornerstone Pharmacy one day simply because it was next door to my nail salon. It was the best shopping decision I ever made ! Since I'd become used to the hands off treatment and garbled advice given through windows at large pharmacy chains, I was AMAZED and thrilled by the way I was treated at Cornerstone ! The pharmacist answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He changed over three prescriptions so far and has saved me a great deal of money. One prescription I had been paying $145 a month in copay at Walgreens. He sold me the exact same prescription for $26 !!!!!! Another prescription was $65 at Walgreen but I purchased it at Cornerstone for $24. Great service and saving money. You can't get any better than that!
