The car looked great but the dealer failed to tell us all about the problems with the car! It cost us more to get things fixed than the cost of the Audi and now it has broken down for the 5th time since March. The Audi dealer told us it is not worth putting any more $ into it!!!!! It will be going to the junkyard. Do not deal with this group!

My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. Communication was poor, and the attitude I encountered was essentially “no money, no deal,” without any effort to address errors in the contract. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to proceed with a payment when the paperwork itself is incorrect.
During this lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue, the vehicle was sold, and at no point did the dealership reach out to inform me. This reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.

I experience a negative experience on July 1 just before 9am. U would think if a customer is about to paid 30K or more in CASH, they be willing to negotiate with the trade in or price on the car in question? No he didn't basically told me it FIRM. I bet if I was blonde hair ,blue eyes he attitude might have changed. Those Bentley been sitting there for months, and WILL continue to sit there.
