Went to go look around for an ice chest and came out with a brand new beautiful Yeti cooler! Thanks to the staff member Vanessa G! She was patient with my decision making. Didn’t know if I wanted a small one or big one and she explained the same ones are even smaller inside the ice chest. So went with a bigger Yeti! Thanks again Vanessa!

This store has a huge selection of many different sports equipment and clothing. Good selection of shoes and active wear. Good location. 2nd floor of the Palm Desert Mall on Hwy 111

So I ordered a Miken ball bat and was delivered a golf club. I tried to get assistance from customer service and the only option I was given was to drive 10.3 miles to their store to return the golf club.....again I ordered a bat. So 20 + miles return drive to return a golf club I didn't order. Obvious error on their part ! ! ! I have the order and receipts to prove it.Frustrating and poor customer service!

I purchased my Stanley cup from here. they have a wide variety of cups available in tons of different color ways. My complaint is lack of customer service. I had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to show up to get a cup from the top shelf.

Went the this location to get a new pair of walking shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and need solid shoes with superior arch support. Matthew in the shoe department was a great help with what I needed. I ended up with a pair of shoes that fits my needs. Only reason for four instead of five stars is my preference for Hoka shoes which they don't carry.

We had come by about a week ago for some adidas shoes and my wife regret not getting the matching sweater, so I went back and found the last SM size and quickly took it off the rack and made my way to the register. Customer service rung me up promptly was polite and professional and before I knew it I was heading out the door. Great store, great location and reasonable prices. ??

Right inside Palm Desert Mall. Nice and beautiful Sports clothes and Sunglasses and cool stuff. Always really cool clothes. The employees sweet guys and ladies.
