I put a 3 star because they need more cashiers. Line is always long due to them only use 1 cashier.

8/28 12:30pm My husband and I were looking at the balloons by the wall, where the cashier yelled “There is no helium!” After we left, got in our car. We saw a lady that the cashier was working with, walk out with fully inflated balloons right after us. Is this what discrimination feels like?

I must say I’m completely disappointed with the recent cashier who was hired. My entire shopping experience was listing to her F bombs about the store snacks and when I was checking out I felt so Unwelcome and was attacked with her rudeness and negativity for no reason. I just feel the need to post this because as a regular customer I don’t want to deal with unnecessary negativity for no reason. Please teach your new employee customer service, especially to customers who don’t provoke the employees

While shopping at bermuda dunes dollar tree on washington ave early Tuesday morning I was heading to the register lane 1 and 2 were open, lane 2 had a customer so I went to lane 1 the cashier was not by the register so I asked if she was open. The cashier at lane 2 loudly stated she was open but waiting for some one so I went to register 2 and the cashier said yes she was open but waiting for some one at register 1. I stated she should have said that and the girl said very loudly again well she was open as you asked. She gave me an instant headache and when I was leaving did not say thank you, she had no name badge either.so much for good customer service. I will not shop there again.
