4 stars for the store itself. Very nice and clean. One store associate (I believe her name is Monica), was very rude and needs more training on how to talk to customers. If you are going to wear a face mask, please speak louder and don't be rude when the customer can't hear you when it's their turn to checkout, especially if you are not making eye contact. When asked for a phone number, I said I don't believe I have one with you. Before finishing my sentence I was cutoff and told "you never know and it's not like your phone number is going to be used for anything else." When I was able to speak again without being cutoff I gave it and was told "see you are in the system, I don't know why it's so hard to give a number to check." Thank you for making the interaction uncomfortable.

I went to buy shoes before Christmas. I only wore the shoes half a day because they were not supportive. I went back and asked for a return and they said no because the sole was used up. I only wore them one time half a day and I put them back in the box. The manager was rude and defensive. She told me I was supposed to ask for the return policy when I bought them. She showed me the sign where it says about the policy and it was hidden behind a box by the register where no one can see it. I told her that it's their job to communicate their return policy to every customer since it's a shoe place. They didn't help me at all. When I walked away the manager was saying stuff to other coworkers in front of other customers. It was handled unprofessionally. I even called their main number and they were clueless. I spent over $100 on the shoes! I will never go there again. Their customer service is horrible as well. You have to be chasing someone to help you.

Worst DSW I have ever been to. Purchased a pair of shoes and had not checked to see if there was a coupon. Walked back in to return shoes and rebuy them and was told could not use coupon as brand was excluded. Went online brand is NOT excluded and I could have paid $20 less for them if the check out person knew how to do their job. I have never been in a DSW where the staff did not honor coupons.

I went to this store to look for a pair of tie up boots and to return or exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased at another store. There were two girls working behind the registers. neither of them were helpful. Both of them were rude and didn't make any suggestions about any other shoes. I'll never go back here to buy shoes.

The crew here has been really nice both times I've gone. Prices are ok. They have this $20 coupon you get after spending too much. It works, because I go back for more. Outside of clearance, the prices are a bit high, given the store. I expected a bit less. Given the warehouse name, it isn't warehouse pricing. No worry. They are super friendly.

The worst thing about this store is the hypochondriac that works at the cash register. She is rude and unfriendly. Any time you have a return she sprays it down with this chemical spray. She's the only one wearing a mask in the store so that's all you you need to know. I asked her if it was necessary that she spray the shoes and she said she doesn't know where the shoes have been. Well, she should spray all of the shoes that people try on in the store if she's worried about getting sick. She showed me her dry hands that are due to her washing her hands 20 times a day. Ridiculous. She couldn't get my shoes returned in the system and didn't offer me any alternatives at the moment, so I told her I would leave and come back. I will not go back to her for assistance. I will insist on someone else helping me.
