I never miss Lianne Cooper's Sunday Les Mills Sprint class and you shouldn't either. A half hour of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a spin bike, guaranteed to get your heart rate up! This is not a leisurely spin class. It's fast, and intense. And Lianne motivates, encourages and helps push you past yout physical limits for a team style cardio, low impact and calorie burning session.

I just wanted to say I've been a member at this gym for over a year. I met a lot of great people here who supported me through my fitness journey and inspired me to push better. This place always felt like a second home. A few months ago I met a person who became a good friend of ours and we had similar fitness goals and started training with me and my dad. Last Thursday the fitness manager named Tony pulled my friend aside and was saying that we can't be training with him and he can't be helping. Keep in mind my friend doesn't know English that well. That completely ruined our workout and Tony was watching work out on Thursday. The next night we decide to train together again. Since the gym has our personal information Tony called my friend's personal phone number. This is his phone number +1 760-258-7469. Tony was off the clock and called my friend saying that he was gonna go over to the gym and kick us out. So we decide to complain to Assistant Operations Manager named Kaysi saying that Tony called his personal phone number and we wanted to report it. She decided to call Tony and Tony told her that he was coaching us. We said that he is helping us with our fitness journey and she said that he was not allowed to help us and we're not allowed to train together and threatened to revoke our membership. My dad called her out and said it was BS. Since my dad yelled at her she threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. So we left and we decided to cancel our membership at this gym. I do not plan on ever returning to this gym ever again.

Obsessed is all I have to say!! Barre &Pilates with Kaz are the best things I have ever done for myself in a long time. For me. it isn't just about the workout, but also the vibe in her classes. Kaz's kindness and encouragement make me feel like part of a little workout fam." When class is over I'm always happy and energetic, and off course I can see the difference in my body and mood.

I've been coming here since December 2023 I have a membership for myself and for my child to attend here. Last month in January my child all of a sudden had an issue with being dropped off while a worker named Rachel is there. My child will hide behind me and start crying if I try to drop her off while this person is working at this facility. I have brought it to the attention of not one but two different managers the first one being Jay I brought it to her attention in January. And then the second time a week ago to Hugo the new general manager neither one of them has reached out to me like they both said that they would, and let me know what's going on. I don't know what the issue is but it needs to be addressed and I need to know what the fuck is going on while my child is in the fucking kids club. If I need to hire an attorney to see those cameras and see what happened on that day being January 12, I will do so.

Staff and Equipment is everything you could want. But this gym needs to be priced at $65. We have no other gyms in the area that come close to this caliber yet we are trying to pretend Planet Fitness is a competitor. They aren't.

Typical $0.99 gym... Way too overcrowded and even during the slower times. Far too few plates to load the old but good plate loaded equipment. It worked for us during our trip to the area for a few days, but uncomfortably busy and not clean at all. I would gladly pay more for a gym that isn't as crowded and more clean. Overall not a good experience for me as a gym goer. I can't imagine it is a good experience at all for new or inexperienced gym goers, especially for strength training. Other folks seemed to enjoy the cardio and classes that were going on.

Gym is ok, has the basics for strength training. A lot of young people on phones taking up equipment with their buddies. But the kids club is a joke. They just don't care about kids honestly, It's just a job to them. They also have lied to me when trying to make a reservation for my daughter saying it was full, but when I got there, there were only 3-4 kids. Too bad there are no good gyms in the valley and we have to settle for places like this.

Simply atrocious customer service. I went through about half of the sign up form online before deciding to wait until the next day to complete it. I then received a call at 8 am the following morning from, I believe it was Brie, soliciting me to come in and finishing signing up. I told her I didn't appreciate her reaching out given I hadn't even submitted the form and questioned her right to do so.Instead of apologizing, or choosing to say anything remotely positive, she proceeded to argue with me about why she in fact had the right to directly contact me. Before I could refute, she hung up. I then called back, explained the situation to the front desk and requested to speak with the manger. They told me he wasn't in and would return my call upon his arrival. That, of course, did not happen.I'm sure the gym itself is more than acceptable, if not exceptional, but they have absolutely no understanding of how to effectively communicate with clients. A rudimentary understanding of customer service at best. But I guess at $9.99/month, you get what you pay for.

Great gym that has lots of equipment. It can get packed at times but it’s big and has plenty of machines and space to get a good workout no matter what. Shout out to Sergio for always being a nice and friendly. Not only that but he’s always cleaning and putting things away making sure the gym is in tip top shape. Sometimes it feels like he works harder than anyone in there.

I called the club to get pass activated girl at front desk was very kind and said I could possibly get it activated over the phone so I could start early morning workout. Manager called back, off the bat was very monotone said I needed to go in person in order to activate membership, I advised her the above and that I was able to join before over the phone. She said that wasn’t an option, very rudely had zero customer service so I decided to join another gym that was very customer service friendly even though more money. Moral of the story be nice and customer service oriented.

The thing about this gym is like, you are just a number. They do not care about you and their billing system is "automated" so, do not expect them to understand or treat you as a case-to-case deal. They will keep charging you, even if you cancel and even tho, their system tells you that you were never at their location for months. Is just terrible customer service! So, why do we need to go there?

Not a bad gym, you just get what you pay for!Consistent issues with billing. I was charged $25.00 in penalties each billing cycle because the EŌS billing system could not process my card on an automatic basis. After manually inputing my card immediately after the auto-renew failed (and changing nothing else) I was still charged 25.00 for each transaction. (A service fee because the billing system did not operate correctly)Also, the equipment is consistently broken, there are very few squat racks, and it is overly crowded. Again, not a bad gym…
