Giving a shout out to Tim who helped us with our rental. He was THE best. He rented us a car at the first that gave us problems but he right away took care of us and gave us another car which was great with no problems!

I was initially turned away from this establishment because I wanted to rent using a debit card, only to find out later that they do accept debit cards. Additionally, the representative should have asked me if I was an active duty military member, which would have exempted me from the address requirements. As an active duty service member, facing such an unnecessary inconvenience is disappointing when all I wanted to do was rent a vehicle. I ultimately had to take my business elsewhere. I have rented from Enterprise for four years and had to do so because Enterprise is the only car rental company on the base in 29 Palms.

The Varner location was extremely busy. One person managed the entire location. Her name is KAT. She is personable, friendly, capable and efficient. Everyone was in a good mood because of KAT’s people skills. She answered phones, checked cars in and out and managed upgrades and changes. Kat is definitely a keeper.

I walked in and was greeted by Katherine. She was a one man show and did an amazing job. We had three people ahead of us. We sat, waited and she would check in with us letting us know she would be right with us. She got to us and was really amazing. Got us checked in and on our way. Thank you Katherine!!

Made reservations to have a certain type of vehicle dropped off while I have repairs made to my truck, driver was late and brought the wrong vehicle. I was ok with that at first being that my truck was only supposed to be in the shop for 3 days. After I got an update from the body shop they anticipated the completion to take around 2.5 weeks. So I figured I would stop by and get the vehicle swapped out for something more comfortable, well hate to say it but staff was dismissive and didn’t want to get me swapped out of this Nissan rogue. As I’m waiting for the representative to come back and assist, she goes straight to another customer that walked in after me with similar request. She got her vehicles swapped super fast ? Even tho u was next in line!!! Now she starts asking me why I wanted a different vehicle and what kind of car is my personal ride that I drive, all types of ridiculous questions just to tell me they have no more vehicles available if I wanted a van instead. I felt as if I was treated differently was it because I was doing and insurance claim and not paying out of pocket or was it favoritism towards regular customers not sure but I was super dissatisfied and disappointed. I would give 0 stars to this location!!

Very busy place, I was patient and waited
Without a fuss. The car I reserved was not at the location because of a late return from prior rental. I was given an upgraded car very nice , sunroof low mile Audi Q.
No extra charge. I should have gotten the man’s name. I’ll be back next winter.

The staff was very polite and thorough. However, I returned the car on a Saturday and there should have been 2 or even 3 people working (or have longer hours). The employee was beyond swamped and set up for failure. He remained polite, but could not accomplish any customer support procedures Ente

Had my car repaired at Ben Clymer's Auto body and rented a car from Enterprise that my insurance was paying for. Met with Vince at Enterprise and they gave me a Hugh pickup truck that I didn't really want but that is what they had. Vince said he would only charge me the $30.00 rate that my insurance would cover and not a more expensive rate that the Hugh truck was. After returning the Truck I got a charge for $65.48 on my credit card. Called Enterprise and waited 11 minutes before I got Tim apparently is a manager?? Tim refused to credit back my $65.48 that I was over charged as he said Vince would not of not said he would only have said only $30..00 per day. So for 65 bucks Tim gets a bad review and a lost customer. also TIM had the nerve to tell me he would put me on the no rent to call list. Taht a BOY TIM great customer service....
