I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. If I have any further issues, this is the shop I would want to give my business to . Thank you for being friendly and customer service oriented!!!

First time there for a diagnostic check on my Smart car. They had it for an hour, figured out the issue, reset the check engine light, and everything was good (no more Circle K gas). And they wouldn't charge me! Definitely a good place for service. Thanks Jake!

Work is good and reasonable. However since Lilly left customer phone service is horrible. I've been calling and emailing for weeks for my Bentley repair estimate. No answer or return call or email.

Wonderful, prompt service! I was an out-of-town visitor to the area and my BMW developed a serious engine problem. I called European Auto on a Monday and they took my car in that day without an appt; by 4:00 p.m. the car was fixed (bad coil). All credit to the front desk staff (Arlene) for being so courteous and helpful from the outset and to the technicians who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

European Auto Service was recommended to me by Mike at Mike’s Smog Check #2. I was told they were super busy and that I probably needed to make an appointment months in advance. I stopped by and Lilly was super nice. She got Paul, one of the owners, who stopped what he was doing and came out and adjusted the air/fuel mixture in seconds. They were super professional and answered all our questions. Paul got my old Mercedes to pass its smog test which I greatly appreciate. This place was awesome and is now the only place I will take my car. Thank you so much!

My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. I'm so happy I went with them and am thankful to Yelp and the reviews for leading me to them. They've been super helpful and easy to work with as well and are of course very knowledgeable about VW's. They have my trust and I'll use them for future repairs & services.

The only place I will take my 2015MB for repair. Until I found EAS my car only went to the dealer for work. No more high repair bills and long waits. These folks are honest, knowledgeable and prices are fair.

I have used this Auto Shop since 2012. I have always received great service. I just picked up my car, oil and A/C serviced, took a couple hours and at a reasonable cost. I always recommend European Auto!

Horrible,waited 2 weeks for appointment, had car for 3 days, never touched, picked up car a block away, never got quote or anything. Very disappointed.
