I was very happy to see that I could rent a space online and start moving my stuff the same day. The rental included a free lock and I was able to use the space right away. So far 5 stars.

Even though I didn't pull in until 9 minutes before the office closed, Austin was so helpful and took his time to make sure I was totally set to unpack. He was so courteous and helpful! The property is well secured, and immaculate. Thank you Austin!

There is a younger gentleman working there, I am guessing mid 20's. He pretty much does everything there, and he does it all with a smile. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Extremely professional, courteous, and eager to help. He even waxes the halls in the indoor parts of the the storage facility. I am beyond satisfied with Extra Storage, and it is his customer service that stands out the most.

We used extra space on Joni drive, Austin the manager was excellent and went above and beyond, quick service, customer friendly and very accommodating. I am going back to these guys on Joni drive, use them and Austin will help you with anything you need.
