The worse customer service. I was standing in the line and when it was my turn the start to assist me and he helped me 5 min and after left for the lunch and after I have to wait another 10 min to be assisted. He didn’t tell me that he needs to leave in 3 min after he started to assist me or invite someone else to finish the work with me.

I had trouble using the self service kiosk and had to print my student schedule with the front desk. I printed two copies 1 for my work and 1 for social services. 2 pieces of paper cost me $3.32. That is way too much to pay for 2 copies.

I’ve had 3 deliveries in a span of 3-4 weeks. Only one of those got through. The others got “delayed” and or “can’t find address’ those were numbers 1&3 in order of delivery. #2 got through which was a higher price item that I knew the company sending was watching closely. He made it than and was very nervous when I greeted him. The other 2 were small packages that didn’t get through. One from the same company. ALL had correct addresses on package label. Yes, I live in a retirement community, mobile homes with a directory in front upon entrance. He’s been here before? IDK? I guess he doesn’t like to deliver here? IDK Had to reroute to Fed Ex p/u station. My problem now? Always is with Fed Ex. Find any other carrier but them. Try to convince people you do business with to use someone else because your not satisfied. Fed Ex has Lazy delivery drivers and who knows where your package will land? Bad News.

I've had 3 deliveries from Fed Ex. Only one of those got through. Other 2 small packages. One from same company as guitar. How did they find the address for #2 but not # 3? IDk? Same driver for this area. He just doesn't want to deliver to the location that he delivered the guitar? Had to have it rerouted to a Fed Ex drop off finally. They deserve low stars believe me. Avoid if you can or try to influence this who are using them for shipping. Bad News!

Horrible service from FedEx every time. The Palm Desert FedEx is the worst. They are careless and rude. You are lucky to even get your package. Drivers need better training. UPS may be able to help.

I went in here because I needed something scanned and email to my sons soccer coach. Harmony was so patient and help me with every step. I loved this because I had gone to Staples and they pointed at a machine and told me to do it myself. Harmony was kind enough to take her time to show me how to do it properly. I’m so thankful for employees like her that care for their customers. Thank you FedEx for hiring such a wonder employees.

I usually go to the Fed Ex in Palm Springs but was in the area and needed to send a package off that I had with me, so I cheated on my normal location. I wish I remembers the young lady who helped Mexico she was so kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job, I was joking around with her and her manger and although a brief experience, it was a pleasant one and appreciate their great customer service.

Nicole was so helpful and sweet! Thank you soo much for taking your time to help me out! Customer service like that has been so rare! Please never change, Great things come to people like you. Very sweet staff, her manager and coworkers too. Happy to know a good place to go to especially in a clutch for printing needs!

Horrible costumer service, people is racist and super disorganized. They try to do Your life HARD! Lines take for ever because they are not proactive, instead they are I think burnt out and do not like their jobs- really but managment.Kinko's Palm Desert need a new manager!!!

This is the most disorganized fedex kinko's location. There is one line for sending packages, print pickups, and whatever else that is needed. Picked up takes 1 minute and mailing up packages can take 10 minutes. Go figure on the efficiency workflow. I left without my prints and paid to get it elsewhere. What a waste of time and money! Ever again at this location.

Morgan was beyond helpful and went out of her way to make sure my prints were successful. Always helpful and kind. On the way out another costomer recognized her and gave her a hug which speaks to what an amazing person she is.

Mr. Cesar Zamora is one of the best employees I had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time. He went above and beyond to help me. I was extremely impressed by how kind, patient and helpful he was. He sure is a great asset and I hope he’ll be recognized for his excellent customer service and support. He sure is exemplary.
