Use to be a good bank and is become a worst bank all this new tellers and managers in charge who doesn't care about you as a customer. They help some with courtesy and get off the way to help them when there is another ones who just don't move a finger to do it. Been a customer for 8 years and they look at me like a I'm an stranger even recommend them to friends and family and since they been doing so many changes with tellers, managers and all the extra charges I am done! I will rather open an account to Bank of America then stay with first bank.

I've never written a bad review for a bank before and this will be my first. But maybe you should let someone know that depositing cash inside takes FOUR HOURS to post where the ATM is instant!!??? What bank operates that way. No other bank I've been to pills that. Then on top of it I was lied to and told oh don't worry it will only take an hour. LIE. I drove ALLLLL the way to the branch and they said no it takes 4 hours sorry bub. Get it together. Horrible branch. Way to be non informative. Never going to this branch again.

Delays in deposit posting and their branch manager Crystal is rude. Stay away, plenty of better banks in the area.

I'm not sure what's going on with the CEO 1st bank and customer service training. This location is right around the corner from my house and I would prefer to take the extra drive to the Indio location because it does not feel like a chore going into their branch. This Sun City location has subpar customer service skills and the new girl Julie, Who has been there for a month doesn't ask her clients or guests in the branch, "hey how are you today?" Or "Nice, seeing you again Ms/Mr x__. How can I help you?" It's very dissatisfying and poor taste with guest relations. Feels either really unexperienced or just does not care about the quality of interactions and rapport with clients. The only reason I come back to this branch is Nick, he doesn't place his emotions or put on a stage act to impress with ego. He remembers faces and names; also remains good rapport with clients and integrated guest experience. CEO needs to clean house at this location because these people don't know the value of the guests options and their money that's walking out the door. Instead of their phones on the desk and trying to get clients out the door as fast as possible, I don't mind going a few extra miles to a further location with great quality service skills and be appreciated for my business with 1st Bank. Won't return to this location anytime soon.
