I adore Francesca's and have been a loyal customer here since the opening of this location. There is always a great sale going on. The employees here are incredibly helpful and kind. Melissa in particular is unbelievably sweet and great at her job.

I came here this summer to pick up dinner and I throughly enjoyed it. I ordered the medium well cheese burger with fries. It came out pretty fast, if you're looking for parking I recommend going behind the S*** store. When I picked up the food they had it ready and the maitre d was very polite. The food was amazing and worth the drive. The burger was flavorful and very fresh. All the vegetables and tomatoes were fresh. The burger meat was juicy and very tender. The French fries paired well and were crisp. My next trip to the desert will include a visit here.

This was the last evening of our Palm Springs vacation, so we searched for a special dinner location--Trio became our choice. We arrived for our reservation and were immediately seated on the side patio--near a toasty heater which kept us very comfortable. Service was very good and food was well prepared and presented. A special Shout-out goes to our server, Nenad for making out last evening a memorable occasion!

One single vegan entree, nasty enchiladas (if you hold the cheese). One vegan appetizer, horrifying tofu ceviche. So that's it, they don't make anything vegan if you ask either. The Impossible Burger is NOT vegan, and they have no vegan bread or buns, so it's a grocery store burger on lettuce for $20.The website says the pizzas can be made vegan, but they can't... They've whited that out on the menus and the servers get annoyed if you ask about it.

Great all around! Jay, our waiter was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the menu and liquor. As everyone has raved about, the mushroom pasta is outstanding; a flavor that is pitch perfect without staying too long at the party. I had the rigatoni which was also very good; the chef is careful about what goes well with what. Jay was friendly and conversational when time allowed; a very nice guy who makes waiting look easy (it is NOT easy from my first hand experience!). Oh, and the poke tacos are perfect appetizers. Would definitely recommend TRIO and are planning to visit here again soon!

Very disappointed, made a reservation and arrived 5 minutes before to be today we had to wait for a table with heat nearby, if you're serious about business treat your reservations first, walk ins after. As a fairly regular diner I was disappointed and left to a neighbor restaurant to excellent service and food, bad form Trio, we won't rush back, second time that we've been disappointed by how reservations are handled, thought Tony had a better way of handling this. Get some extra heaters, it's getting colder at night. I guess the restaurant isn't trying to keep regulars.

Went there for Sunday brunch first time. It was busy and we got sat at a table with sun and NO umbrella. A table they kept trying to seat people at all during our meal and nobody wanted to sit there, that was funny. I ordered a peanut butter stout beer which was brought out with a warm glass with water still in it.. should have been cold and frosted for the price of the beer. That was a disappointment. This restaurant is not a cheap eat so I expect more. The music was a little loud for our liking, I felt like I was in a disco-tech. The food took too long to get to us without being checked on by the sever. Eventually I asked a bus boy about food and he went to retrieve it. Food itself was good but the wait made it ridiculous. Our meal was almost 100.00 but I did not feel we got that from our service.

This place always looks so hopping, decide to give it a try when our original restaurant choice nearby had too long of a wait. A tad on the pricey side for a menu filled with comfort food that has a slightly fancy twist. But tasty nonetheless, served in a very lively outdoor ambiance.Trio Mac & Cheese: I know this is technically a side, but I had to order it as an appetizer because I would have felt weird ordering 3 as a meal. So creamy! Love the crispy bacon pieces against the al dente pasta. A great comforting way to start off.Coca Cola Braised Short Rib: Apparently this replaced the old pot roast dish. It definitely comes across as tad bit fancier than pot roast and much more intense! Love how it's fall apart tender, easily shredding with your fork. And it's so rich, you really need to savor it in small bites. Paired well with the lightly mashed taters underneath. Though I kinda wish there were more potatoes since a little short rib goes a long way. Also, the lone fresh pickle was kinda weird to find in the mix, but tasted nice. Brined Center Cut Pork Chop: HUGE! Like a double cut. Firm and meaty. I enjoyed the slightly sweet, slightly bitter topping. And the potatoes underneath were a nice complement.

After seeing all of the great yelp reviews, we decided to give this place a try. However, I think it's pretty over rated and EXTREMELY pricey for the food you're getting and the ambience. Any place that's going to charge $20 for a burger better be pretty darn good, but I was very unimpressed. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't a $20 burger. The other food items are much more expensive, you'll be paying at least $25 for a plate of pasta. We also got appetizers, which were small serving sizes even though those too were expensive... $15 for a small bowl of calamari, for example. I understand that some restaurants are higher end/quality but this place just didn't seem like that to me. The inside and the ambience were very sub-par, I've been to much cuter and nicer restaurants in downtown PS that were WORLDS cheaper than this place. A previous yelp review compared the interior to an indoor garage and I couldn't agree more. I know that the set up probably wasn't at its peak because of COVID but still, I was very unimpressed. All in all, this place isn't worth the money and there's so many better options out there for dinner.

Jerry was a great server! There was a little wait, but once my group sat everyone was accommodated quickly. Our server jerry topped off our night and engaged in conversation with us. I had the lamb and it was delicious, tender, and balanced! They said it was cooked through so I was a little nervous since I normally get my meat medium rare. It was so tender though, and paired well with the couscous. Overall, fun and active environment!
