When checking out at the register the clerk was extremely rude to me simply because I didn't want to sign up with my email. A simple exchange turned into a whole ordeal hounding me aggressively for me to sign up with them.

Worst experience I’m a GNC store related to customer service. Went to the store looking for a specific product. Was asking for it to the salesman (didn’t remember name brand) James (at least that was he said his name was). He said they only work with the creative on display. Weird because I had bought the other one in different GNC stores. When I told him that I was informed by other GMC salesrepresentatives that the one I had previously bought was better he started making fun of me. And I mean it just a comment it many times. He actually was very disrespectful. To the point that continued answering una condescend tone to me and making fun of what I said. When I asked for the info to make a complaint he challenged me to do it’s if he knew nothing was going to happen. Don’t buy from this store if they treat the customers like that. There are other GNC stores and other companies that basically sel the same products.

This GNC store's manager understands customers' needs. She's passionate about health and health products and can discuss and make recommendations without having to refer to product labels! That is a rare attribute in the modern world! Her rapport with the consumer raises the bar to excellence because her broad knowledge of her products informs sound and sensible choices and leaves one feeling as if she/he has learned something new!

the two guys that were working at the time were incredibly helpful. sounded very confident in what they were saying and were very passionate in what they were talking about. i felt very comfortable buying their products. even offered some free gifts for my purchases and for joining the Gold Club. And you expect GNC workers to look in shape, and these guys definitely did. I went to the GNC in milpitas today and it was a scrawny, asian kid and i didn't really want to ask him what kind of protein he uses. jussayin.
