always go to Great Clips and today tried a new hairdresser name Jordan and she was absolutely spot on about what I needed. I usually cut own hair which can be a pain for a professioal but she looked at what I had done which Im not so bad at, but knew exactly what I had been going for and she executed it perectly. All their cuters at t his location are excelent but how lucky I was to have her today and she is a great discovery. Excellent at perceiving what you want and better yet at delivering it perfetectly. Try Jordan and you will be glad you found her.

Excellent cut! It was my first time in this salon and the stylist nailed it without a lot of input from me. Just the basics of a #2 on the sides blended into finger- length at the top. I will definitely be back!

Horrible experience! Never been to a business who does not care about their customers. Even saw I got service I saw a man waiting while the other employee simply was sitting on her chair playing with her phone. Never going to a grata clips location ever again

It depends on each hair stylist. The gentleman with the wax styled mustache doesn't pay as close attention to detail (I went to work with quite a few long strands of hair that my coworkers were happy to point out). The others there are efficient and will take the extra time to make sure hair is done evenly and are much more consistent. Check in online and be prepared to check in and go run an errand or two if there is a queue.

this great clips is not patient with toddlers at all. one of the guys stopped cutting my sons hair and my sons hair looked horrible. zero stars ended up going to lucky boys & they were amazing.

First time at this location. Came in for a simple side bang trim. Man didn't know how, glad he told me before cutting it. Told me to wait for his coworker but I left shortly after as I didn't trust it would be done right.
