I want to preface this bad review with this: staff here were very friendly and warm.
However, my room was not remotely clean. Dust is visibly caked onto fixtures, splatter marks on walls. I didn’t feel comfortable unpacking my clothes from my suitcase. After it had been cleaned on my third day, they accidentally (I assume) left soaking wet washcloths on the dresser. I stayed here for work so it wasn’t worth the risk/trouble of trying to check out and get a refund. If this were personal I would have left right away.

Clean room, no bugs (yay!), ac worked well and the overhead fan. I was very comfortable. Beds are a little firm but I was so tired, I didn't care. My shower in room 233 took a while to warm up but again, no big deal. I was happy for the made to order waffles. I would stay here again if I found myself in Palm Desert for whatever reason. The digital tip card made it easy to thank the housekeeping staff. Thanks guys!
Rooms: Room 233 King Jr Suite is very spacious. I was comfortable with the desk, dining table, sofa and separate wash basin.

Stayed 10 years ago has gone downhill now. If u want attitude about getting access to your room stay here! Staff will not go out of their way to help so don’t expect any service. The only thing good about this hotel is housekeeping at least I give it 4 of 10 for cleanliness.(even that is not a very good rating but the rest of service is trash.) we are here for a good while as we are in process of disaster cleanup. First night was liked out of room for not being on guest list. I’m here with my grandpa he’s 82 he was not wandering door or phone and they said sorry have to wait till boss comes at 8am it was 645 at this point. I spent 2 hours not knowing if he’s ok or with out access to our room because of their mistake. My grandpa and I continue to have issues with door lock mechanism give us hard time to get new one. As a former Hilton employee if I were to have the same ethics as staff I would have been letgo

It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, I love it simply the best! Super quiet, super clean, smells good, very very friendly, the staff in front, breakfast included and delicious, the suite has everything, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc. There is a gym, it is a very pleasant atmosphere, I love it, I would stay again, thank you very much, excellent service!

The rooms were a bit outdated but the service, the locale and the accommodations were great!
Would recommend this place!
Noteworthy details: The pool and the jacuzzi are for sure worth checking out.

This was a simple hotel in Palm Desert. I did not find the place to be amazing, but it was good for a nights sleep. Their service was okay and the pool was okay. I would say if you are coming through and don’t plan to stay at the hotel all the time, this is a very good spot to check out!

It was a great great stay! Friendly gentle people, and I felt very comfortable here. I love going to ps, and I always want a nice, comfortable room during the hot summer. This hotel has met all the expectations I had hoped for. Thank you.
