Absolute SCAM! Charged me for an order and didn’t even send it. The money is pending in my bank and frozen. So now can’t use the money for 10 days until they release. And still don’t the the product.

This location is cramped and impossible to navigate when it's crowded. Great products but good luck getting to the items you want. It takes a great deal of patience to shop here. Be ready to jump in the mosh pit and push and shove just to get back out.

My husband and I usually love this store. It’s a favorite of ours. But today, being there made us both incredibly uncomfortable with a worker. She wouldn’t leave us alone and was very rude and annoying. I think her name was Smileen?? something like that with the world “smile” in it…She got in our way. Invaded our space. Wouldn’t stop talking to us. Made us super annoyed and uncomfortable so we left immediately. We like shopping in peace. We gave signals that we were annoyed with her presence but she didn’t leave us be. We will be back and hopefully she won’t be there when we’re there.

On multiple occasions, I have encountered employees, namely Dani, Alex, and Lisa, who have displayed a complete lack of courtesy, respect, and willingness to assist customers. Their behavior has been consistently rude and unhelpful, making it extremely difficult for us to enjoy our shopping experience at your store. It is disheartening to be met with such unwelcoming attitudes and unwarranted disrespect.Moreover, I am deeply troubled by an incident that took place during one of my visits. I noticed Dani, Alex, and Lisa staring at my granddaughter in an uncomfortable manner, followed by their inappropriate conversation about her. This incident was not isolated but rather a recurring pattern of behavior we have observed during each visit to your store. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also highly offensive and disrespectful to both customers and their privacy.
