  I had the pleasure of experiencing iTransport4u recently with a piece of fine are that I purchased from a gallery in Taos, NM. The communication from the start was very good and at each step of the way. The piece arrived on time, undamaged, and the service from iTransport4u couldn't have been better.

  I contracted with this service for a dedicated delivery from Pennsylvania to California for fine art and two pieces of antique furniture at agreed upon dates. From the beginning, the logistics coordinator failed to get back to me with confirmation of my request. It took at least ten phone calls and emails until a manager set up the delivery and confirmed specifics. At the time, I was advised that the driver would require physical assistance with the furniture. The price was in excess of $9000 for this dedicated delivery service. The driver was courteous and did a good job packing the art. I arranged for assistance to load and unload the two pieces of furniture. My support at the start of the move provided a furniture dolly and physical assistance.
  
  Upon arrival in California, I had support to unload and move the furniture. However, the driver did not have a furniture dolly to facilitate transfer and movement into the house and upstairs bedroom. The driver also clearly did not have the physical strength to move the furniture and it was obvious he was struggling even though the pieces were small and two individuals should have been able to easily handle the transfer. I personally moved all of the drawers as part of the unloading process.
  
  My complaint is that if the company is not able to provide a driver and the ability to safely provide the requested services for furniture transport, decline the contract. This was not clearly communicated.
  
  I indicated I was unhappy with the services and assistance provided. The owner was not concerned with my issues nor the complaints identified. I would not recommend this company based on the level of service and customer support from beginning to end. At any price range, customer satisfaction should be a priority. Not so with this delivery "service."

  iTransport4u was careful and VERY helpful in delivering a large painting. The driver Steve was so courteous and patient as I needed to make space for the painting and helped me move things to get it in place. Best service you could ask for, honestly.

  Had a painting delivered from Palm Springs to Georgia. Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication and the driver/delivery person, Darvyn, was fantastic. Arrived on time, friendly and the painting was in perfect condition. Can't say enough wonderful things about the company and the whole experience.

  To date, I have received 2 deliveries from this company - my daughter is an artist in Denver and uses this company whenever she ships her large canvases to clients. She has sent me a total of 5 canvases in two deliveries. I cannot begin to describe how professional iTransport4u is when it comes to artwork. I pay for shipping and can attest they are also one of the most affordable in the market when it comes to fine art that can be worth tens of thousands of dollars.

  I used this company for the first time to move a 6’ oil painting from Colorado to California. My experience was exceptional! From the great communication I had with the coordinator, Jay, to Bruce who came to pick it up, pack it for transport, and deliver to its new home in California. Great communication, showed up when promised, and bonus points that it arrived a day early. Thank you. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

  Vanessa at itransport4u has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When I had to change a pickup location due to a scheduling conflict, Vanessa stepped right in to help, confirmed the new location with the driver and arranged the pickup right on schedule. Throughout the whole process from quoting to pickup to delivery, she was kind, courteous and professional.

  My experience with iTransport4U was excellent, from the care evident in their packaging to the frequent updates around delivery timing to the very polite drivers. Can use this company with confidence.We purchased a sizeable original painting from an artist based on the Northeast, and the artist arranged shipment to our residence in Florida. While we did not deal with the origination portion, every other aspect was at a level of superb service. The company gave us a delivery date some five weeks out. Pretty much hit that date, keeping us well informed of the estimated arrival starting days in advance by email and, ultimately by phone. The company’s service oriented approach was especially helpful at the delivery time, as we were not in residence at the condo and needed to arrange for our Homewatch service to be on site to sign for the large package. That took some coordination and iTransport4U ultimately took over communication and enabled the final delivery to be quite smooth. This company is to be trusted for shipping your valued objects.

  Start to finish this company was great to work with. Professional and punctual, all parties were updated throughout the transportation of art from FL to MT...in December! Our driver, M.A. was fantastic and really went the extra mile for us! We will definitely use this company again!!!

I have been using Itransport4u for shipping my large artwork from NY state to clients and galleries across the US for about two years and I have been 100% satisfied with every aspect of the business.
