I highly recommend Joseph's Cleaners. My past Dry Cleaners in RM reduced their operating hours so I could not drop off or pick up an order after work. Joseph's cleaners is open to 6 pm rather than most others that close at 5 pm and they are also open on Saturdays. In addition, they had positive reviews so I gave them a try. I am so happy I did! The service is fantastic! They are personable, friendly and very customer service oriented. I've returned at least five times now and have been extremely satisfied. I have had clothes dry cleaned and tailored. The quality is excellent. They offer a fast turnaround for both and also extremely fair rates. I highly recommend this business!

Last week I was looking for a dry cleaners near by, and it was the first time I needed to go to one. I saw the low ratings on Joseph's, and thought I shouldn't go there, I saw another one located across the street that was called Jonathan's dry cleaning. I went over there, online it said they were open, on their door it said it was open, I tried opening their door but it was locked, I called and no one answered, I went back to Joseph's, and decided to give them a chance. I saw a sign that said they were under new management, I went in and presented my clothes, they were white and had a couple of stains and also included a cashmere sweater, the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice, she said they could help me, and gave me 10 percent discount for being a new customer, I come back the next week and saw my clothes clean and pristine, I never went to a dry cleaners before, but I'll definitely come back when I need to, my clothes look new 😀. Glad they were opened that day, or I would've went to another place.

Good service and price, got my shirts cleaned and everything was done well and on time.
Sign outside says it's under new management, they were nice and welcoming. Offered free water and candies.

Joseph's Cleaners has always been my go to in the Desert. They are one of the finest finishers in clothing and no one has ever ironed my collared dress shirts more perfectly. They always take meticulous care of my laundry and have it done on time.

I wish I would've read these reviews throughly. I was very disappointed about Joseph's cleaners. I left an Uggs comforter to be cleaned, first of all, it wasn't ready the date they told me. Second, when I picked it up I was told to pay an excessive amount, I was on a very important call and running late to work so I just left. I called today to speak with a manager and the lady was very rude, said manager is not here and hung up. I called 4 more times until she answered again. She yelled over the phone "already told you manage is not here." I asked when the manager will be there and said "this afternoon" once again very rudely. My comforter's stitches were damaged and they lost the original bag in which I took it in. They even refused to ask how can they help after I wasn't satisfied. I definitely do not recommend Joseph's cleaners.

I went to Joseph's cleaners because they do the cleaning on site. Nothing is sent out. But unfortunately a tie was lost. So I had to go elsewhere. But I am recommending this business because of the honesty of the woman behind the counter. She did find my tie and called me to let me know she had it. Honesty has to be rewarded and acknowledged. So anyone seeking to do business here who has not before will find that these are good people willing to do good work.

Female Owner was very rude to my 90 year old mother who merely requested extra care in pressing the cuffs on a button-down shirt. Owner told my mother not to tell her how to do her job. And, she mentioned that my mother hadn't been in for several months so she didn't have the right to be so picky about service. My poor mom was humiliated. My family has lived in Indian Wells since 1970. Have never received such nasty customer service. We won't be going back to Joseph's.
