A hidden gem! They have all of the amenities you need if you are an athlete or into a healthy lifestyle! I had come because I was curious about cryotherapy and it's benefits had a great experience it was nothing I have ever done before! Miranda at the front desk helped me out and was very kind, and informative and recommended other services that would help with my pain that I was experiencing!

Absolutely pathetic place. Called for cryotherapy appointment for college football playing son. Come for appointment, the receptionist says sorry we have no nitrogen. Can you come back tomorrow. I told her yes but please call if there is an issue for we are driving a distance. We show up the next day and the same receptionist says, "Oh sorry, we still don't have it." I asked her why she didn't call us and she shrugs her shoulders. Awful service and horrible communication skills. I will make sure that none of my athletes or sons friends ever go here. Not as much as a whoops....my bad.....or I'm sorry.

Great place for all your sports needs from training, cryo, ART, massage, this place has it all. Mike Butler and his staff are extremely knowledgeable in all the related fields, he has written books, etc and is an expert in these fields. Check out this place and you'll be happy with your decision.

Mike has passion for what he does. He lives it, breathes it and shares it. You won’t find a better gym/training experience in the desert! If it isn’t convenient for you, find a way....it will be worth the effort!

Great gym. Anthony is great and took the time to understand our goals. My boyfriend and I go 2 times each week. Working on balance, strength & hitting our golf balls farther!

I can't say enough about the staff and the ownership. Rarely have I walked into an establishment and felt like I was amongst friends or family. They truly do care about their patients. Atmosphere is welcoming and casual. I think I was laughing the entire time. Highly recommend.

I came here because I hit a weight loss plateau. I did the inferred sauna 3 days in one week and it worked! I lost 6 lbs and felt more energetic. I loved talking with Bella and she was such a wonderful guide and help.

I can see why Kinetix was named Desert Magazine Best of the Valley First Place. I went for the infrared sauna and it was glorious. The facility is up to date and the staff is very friendly and caring. I recommend it highly. They provide many services. I will definitely be going back.
