Not a store for a 61 year old man. Although, I did buy a few tee shirts from them a few months ago for summer. The Palm Desert store was super clean, the staff very helpful, but they cater to a younger crowd. Their prices seemed comparable to online shopping.

This Kohl's has plenty of parking (not much shaded, tho), a nice sized Sephora, and very helpful staff. I usually have to wait in line for checkout, but my last visit the checkout person, Nancy, was so helpful and friendly it made the wait worthwhile.

Nice girl, very friendly. But, NO EXCHANGES AFTER 60 DAYS! Even with the receipt. I wanted the same brand, same item, I purchased the vanilla tone foundation and later realized I needed more a yellow tone. Manager refused to make an exception at 61 days :( NO EXCEPTIONs. Me so sad. Still, bought a couple of eyeliners! (Got the right color this time!)

I like using the self-pick-up. I shop online, miss the busyness of waiting in line at the store, and zip in and out of the store when picking up my items. For the most part, the store is typically well-staffed and is usually tidy.

Customer service @ checkout Palm Desert store with "William" could not have been any better. Customer service was over the top wonderful.
