So pleased to have found this local company. We're in need of replacing a front door and five other doors. My experience with them has been exceptional, starting with Paige for the initial appointment. Bruce came. He was very thorough, had some good ideas and explained exactly what will happen during the replacement process. Bruce understood exactly what we're trying to accomplish. The prices are very competitive too. I love this is a locally owned company. The company employs all of their own installers too. While the wait to install my order is a bit long, I know it'll be worth wait! Glad I found them!

I'm very happy with my recent Milgard windows and new sliding door that were installed in August. Felecia and Scott the project manager kept me informed all of the time. If there were any issues, they were responsive and wanted to make sure I was happy with the install. I would recommend using them.

L&L Door and Windows just finished replacing the windows and sliding doors in our two Casa Verde Condo units. We signed up as part of a group effort organized by another owner. L&L offered a significant discount based on the number of owners who signed up. In just 2 days, Aaron and Jesus (L&L's installers) removed and replaced our 40 year old windows and installed new Millguard double pained insulated replacements. Everything was done with ease by these skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable craftsmen. I can't say enough about the care and humor they shared with us. The difference is unbelievable. Our units are much quieter, and we are expecting an additional bonus when we get our next electric bill!

The installation of my retrofit windows and sliders today could not have gone more smoothly. The installers, Jesus and Aran are professionals through and through. They work as a stellar team, took care of business efficiently and with great care and consideration. My entire experience with L&L Door & Window has been extraordinarily good.

L&L handled a large multi-year window replacement project. From ordering to installation, L&L was outstanding. Professional all around especially the installers who were courteous and always left the area cleaner than they found it, they are fast and efficient.

It used to be that Disneyland was my favorite place on earth, but Disneyland has moved to the No.2 spot!!! Since L&L Windows have replaced all of my 1984 windows for '24 ones, my Palm Desert home is even brighter, clearer and crispier than ever before. And, what a company to work with! From beginning to end, the new project was as easy as riding the boat around the Small World exhibit and has made me even happier than the wonderful trip to that amusement park! Not a flaw was incurred dealing with this A+ company. I loved every minute of the "ride" and wouldn't change one thing about my "trip"!
5 STARS just doesn't say enough! For sure L&L is a 10!!!!

Installation was done by professionals who arrived on time, stayed on the job and worked throughout the day and cleaned up each day before leaving. They treated the customers with respect and courtesy. I plan on using L & L for additional window replacement work next year.

Exceptional job! We just had the slider replaced in our primary Bedroom and we could not be happier. The installation crew was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and they communicated with us throughout the process. Very Professional! These guys deserve a big raise! The window looks and works great. Five stars for sure!

These guys were great. They have been in business a long time in the Palm Desert area and it shows. The installation crew was outstanding. They were seasoned professionals and did everything by the book. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The Project Manager, Scott came by after the install and let me know that one of the windows had a slight manufacturer's defect and they would be out again to re-install when the replacement window came in. Honestly, I think most vendors would have signed off the job as complete without informing the customer. Not L & L. Great job guys!

I was working on a home office project and needed to add a door. L&L was helpful in pricing a couple different options for me. The door arrived sooner than I expected and when it came time to pick up you have to make an appointment. Something I forgot about from my first order with them a couple of years ago. In both of my experiences they were very accommodating and flexible when it came to arranging a pick up time. It is nice to work with professionals who communicate, follow up on requests, show up when they say they will, etc. stuff that used to be regular business practice and you just don’t find anymore. Thank you Lance and team and L&L!!

I highly recommend these guys! I had 5 windows installed and the process was flawless and painless from start to finish. Gus n Jacob did a great job and left no mess. AND THEY WERE KIND!!! Hard to find professional, courteous, skilled and clean contractors nowadays. Use this company and you will be happily surprised.
