When I called Lincare regarding my prescription for an adjustable metal cane, the rep initially couldn't find the referral. She seemed bothered by my request and told me someone would call me. Two days later I received a call telling me all canes were on back order. A week later I received a confirmation call the canes did come in, and they would deliver to my home. I told the rep I lived in a large apt complex and it might be difficult finding the apt. She then told me not to worry, that the delivery driver would call me the morning of delivery to get directions. I waited all day to get that confirmation call then around 4:30pm, there was a knock at my door. It was the delivery person who made no attempt to contact me that whole day.

I have a faulty Regulator. I called Lincare and they swore my Driver would be back same day! NOPE, had to call overnight support, they've been open 1 hour, no call!!! VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!

It took a long time to get my order. The office people I spoke to seemed confused. Finally it got worked out. Hopefully the CPAP will work for me. It's been a nightmare dealing with narcolepsy symptoms and scary

I have been using Lincare since I first started using a CPAP, in 2004 and was living in Virginia when I received my new ResMed unit there, before moving to the Del Webb community in California. . Moving required Lincare to change my address, in order to receive supplies and assistance and Abigail of this office was helpful, professional and understanding in accomplishing this.

An incompetent company overall in my opinion. Billing fees based on errors they made. Impossible to reach by phone. Avoid this nightmare if you possibly can. Don't expect to accomplish any transactions without significant time and energy expenditure on your part. Do expect them to bill you as soon as they can and for incorrect amounts.

A big thank you to Rick who delivers for Lincare. A walker was delivered to my husband’s hospital room for us to take home. The nurse insisted it was the hospital’s and a walker would be delivered to us today. Of course, it wasn’t. Once the mix up was discovered, Rick went out of his way to make sure another walker was delivered to us on a weekend. Great customer service! Thank you!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this company,we have been using them for a couple years now.Starting with the ladies in the office to Victor the delivery driver the service has been above and beyond..Always patient, helpful and very professional.Thank you for all you do.

One word to describe Lincare, HORRIBLE! Customer service zero, cleanliness of the Palm Desert facility zero, follow up zero. Look elsewhere.

This company is a nightmare in so many ways. Considering they are supplying medical equipment, getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. It recently took me four calls over two days, a total of 58 minutes on hold, and then I had to call the corporate number for help. When presented with my problem they were not willing to be creative with me regarding a solution, suggesting I wait over a month for the piece I needed and use to sleep every night. This is not a one time problem--it happens EVERY time we need to call them for support.

Called them 7 times to pick up my equipment. They gave a date for pickup on 6th card. Still waiting for pick up after 7th call. Can never get through. They keep you on hold forever until you get frustrated and hang up.

THE WORST EVER. I'm still on hold after 1 hour and 43 minutes. Why be in business if your not there to answer or even help your customers. They are the only company in the valley to help people breath. This sucks that they know this and don't care cuz there the only game in town.SHAME ON YOU LINCARE. CARE IS IN YOUR NAME BUT.............

I've been calling for 2 weeks to have the equipment picked up. Today I receive a bill for the equipment. I will call for the 3Rd time tomorrow. If there's an option to drop off then I will.
