I turned to Master Shield because they promised high-quality work, and their reviews were very positive. But don't believe the reviews. They're involved in deception. They gave me a price for wrapping my car in a protective film and tinting the windows. They took my car and said to pick it up the next day. The next day, they first asked me to pay for everything and only then showed me the car. The quality was terrible. But I had to pick up the car because I had already planned a trip. In the evening, I sent them photos of the poor-quality wrapping of my car. They didn't respond. I called them several times. They didn't answer. I stopped the payment through the bank. After 5 days, they replied that I could come and they would see what they could fix. I came and they said that it was good quality and I was demanding the impossible. I asked them to remove the film and they said they wouldn't do it and that I should go to another service to remove the film myself. Never use Master Shield.

Eric was great. He gave me a full detailed explanation of all of the options for protecting my vehicle and the benefits of each. My vehicle had XPEL PPF, ceramic coating and window tint expertly installed and was completed very quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with the product and the professional work of the staff at MasterShield. I highly recommend their work if you want your vehicle to look fantastic and be fully protected.

I just had our brand new Tesla front end covered in PPF to protect it from the flying sand on the highways around the Coachella Valley. They did an excellent job, got us in quickly, and all for a fair price, and were extremely informative. I loved it so much that I took my almost new Mustang in to have it done as well. Highly recommend!!

BMW Palm Springs referred me to MasterShield when I purchased my last car for window tinting and paint protection. The guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and professional and answered any questions I had throughout the whole process! You won’t regret working with them, especially in this desert heat!

The MasterShield team is excellent! They delivered what they said on time had a great price and the application was perfect. I did the entire car PPF with XL plus then added to ceramic coating. I have an LC 500 Lexus and I couldn’t be happier. Washing and keeping it clean with dry wash is a breeze. I highly recommend these people to take care of your car like it was their own.

I used two services,thermal window tinting and ceramic paint protection, for my 2024 Mazda cx-90.. Their facility was ultra clean and they were working on several extremlt expensive high end cars. Pricing was comparable to other shops. They did an outstanding job and met their schedule commitment.

I bought an M3 from palm springs and they had this shop install my tint and ppf. Paint Protection Film a month later you could see it was lifting. Now there are so many spots where it is starting.. Im afraid in one year the $7600 I spent for ppf is a waste. I have seen friends cars that have been done for years and no lifting….. My mistake listening to the dealer using "his" guy.. MasterShield was amazing. Called Friday for an appointment, dropped the wife’s vehicle off the following Monday and was done by Tuesday. Got the ceramic window tint all around the whole vehicle and the front Xpel clear bra on the front. MasterShield team is the best in the valley. Thank you for your great work. Going to get my LS430 done here soon. #LexusGX
