“Forensic was very capable, helpful and professional, from the very start of my engagement with them. Forensic staff dealt with a myriad of challenges, on my behalf, and these were simply "my challenges". The staff were kind enough to accommodate these challenges to make a solid, customized plan for me, for legal purposes - regarding personal and family details. As a result and due to Forensic being able and willing to accommodate me, they have assisted me in one of, if not the most important challenge in my lifetime. With that being said, before you leave a review, remember that the samples you submit to them, if I'm not mistaken, are sent out to "independent" lab(s) which means that if there's a "false positive" or some kind other form of mix-up, as others have posted, there is a good chance this had nothing to do with Forensic and everything to do with that external lab company's process and procedures - so keep this in mind. The questions I did have regarding this same topic, were completely answered by an extremely knowledgeable "Forensic" staff member.”
