I was referred to Mountain View by Costco. I needed four new trailer tires. They had them in stock and were able to get me in when I needed to. I was able to pull my trailer right in front of the garage to have the work done. It was done expeditiously and I thought the prices were reasonable.

Was quoted installed $200/tire. Tried to charge me about $1,400. Not honest and could have got same tires for $165 each. Extremely unhappy

This was my first time going to Mountain View auto care before I went in to replace a flat tire I called to ask if they had a pacific brand they told me yes to bring it in so I went in and when I left I noticed it wasn't the brand I asked for I went in the next day the manager said that the guy who help me told me that they would have to order the brand I wanted that was not true at all I will not be going back ever again I do not recommend taking your car to this place

Had a tire replaced that was under warranty, though the new tire was covered. I was surprised that I still had to pay for installation

Misleading service info.
Didn’t match other auto service coupon for $29
Didn’t give proper info about the extra charge for oil filter. How do you give oil change without filter.
They were trying to say car needed brake pads n rotors….which is a lie cuz they are NEW…included photo of receipt of 8/25 new brakes/rotors….we just ask for a possible adjustment if needed!!
Will never return …we have 3 cars that will need servicing and won’t return. Horrible attitude towards me cuz they were trying to rip us off!!!

Got me in last minute on a Saturday for a new tire, corrected my alignment, evened the body out and got rid of tire pressure light thanks!

I would give NO star if I could. Went for a simple oil change. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked what was taking so long. They said it'd be done soon. I decided to go look. They had all my tires off, car on a lift, and the manager told me they were doing a general inspection! When I told him you don't do things to a car without the owners permission, he decided to argue with me that he was right make that decision. Honestly, I was scared they had sabotaged it. I'll NEVER go back.

Kevin and Mario helped us out when our car overheated. They attended to us right away and sent us home safely. Great auto center, would highly recommend!! Very friendly people and super attentive. Very knowledgeable as well and diagnosed the problem right away. Thank you!!

They were very quick to get my truck into the shop for an alignment, I walked in and my truck was good to go about an hour later. The truck rides way better now and doesn't wobble.

I always have had good experiences with all the Mountainview shops in So Cal and this time was no different! It was easy to get an appt and they toon me right and the work seemed to be completed well’. My only issue was that it toon 2.5 hours longer than predicted to complete the work while I was waiting for my cay’. No explanation was given!
