The clubhouse staff is great! They treated me and my son like members and cared for us like regulars. It’s hard to find people in the service industry that treat you as well as they do here. Rick behind the bar was especially nice and the food was great! Highly recommend for a good atmosphere!

Just played Pickleball tournament here. Really nice facility. LOTS of courts with "play level" noted on gates. They have a Cafe n bathrooms and have a golf course as well (didn't play, re-seeding) looks wonderful.
Safety: Flat, easy to navigate.
Walkability: Good open areas to walk on large facility..
Food and drinks: Clubhouse available for food n drinks. BATHROOMS..

Did not stay there; only drove over to play golf. They stopped watering the golf course some time ago, and closed 2 of the holes to work on them. Was difficult to find any parts of the fairways were you werent hitting off of dead thatch. Course was in such sad shape they should have just closed it for the summer and reopened in October when they started watering again.

Rooms were ok. For such a resort, the rooms are nice. They informed us they had just refurbished the rooms, however not enough towels, shower squeals when showering, shower curtain needs to be raised about 2 inches so it's not in tub filling up with water. Recommend getting upper level room, away from ice maker machine and children running on upper level of your room.

Rooms: Beautiful location, people are really friendly! Their food is really good, great presentation customer service is outstanding!! A+Walkability: There is the freedom park right in front of the resort, which also has a dog park. Love it!Food & drinks: Excellent frozen margaritas.Love the shrimp scampi.Noteworthy details: Love the view of the formal restaurant! A+Very romantic and relaxing.

Played three courses in the area this week. While Palm Desert Resort was not the most interesting or challenging it was by far the best conditioned and presented. Well done the green staff.
