In 10 years of this being our primary office, agents have ALWAYS been helpful, always friendly and it's amazing how they maintain their professionalism when dealing with difficult customers. Agents come and go over the years, and we have yet to have less than consistent service.

This is THE MOST incompetent postal annex or postal location I've ever dealt with. The service is BEYOND terrible and slow. They mark packages as being delivered back to the ship from address when they didn't even leave to go to their intended destination. Of course then USPS has no recourse for this. Insanity! STAY AWAY.

I went inside to return a package that shipping and cost was paid for they charged to print the label and for packaging all that was payed for by sweetwater for a defective item I was there a couple of weeks back and was charged nothing this place is a scam

Went to ship a box to my daughter out of state. Their quote was $73 for UPS Ground, I knew it should be way less, because I calculated prior. So I thanked them for their time, picked up my box and drove 2 mins further to CV Pharmacy…. Same box was $54 to ship from there. I expect an upcharge of course… but 35%??? Nope. Never again.

I called here from Northern CA and went in to get a box for our move. They were professional on the phone and they were professional in person. This is the type of place that people are required to often pay for things they do not want to and are not particularly happy about it. Therefore, the reviews can often be lower than one would give a place they want to be spending money. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

If I could give this please a 0 I would.They're so unprofessional.I went in there to ship out my husbands ID and Passport for second day shipping.I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl if I would be able to send them out to USPS .She replied "YES" I even showed her the picture of the googled address and you can see the picture of it being USPS.Now after 2 weeks those IDs got return and my husband misses some DMV appointments and flights.I had to pay $70 for that shipping.The manager is spoke to Shawna was extreme unprofessional, loud and rude.She said it was my fault for signing and telling her employee crystal that, that USPS takes FEDEX.How was it suppose to know this?That is the reason I asked! I don't work there, they should know this Information.As a client I go and ask and get help since they're the professionals and this is what they do on a daily.Now I'm left minué -$70 for the shipping, having to repay for them to get shipped again. Missing flights.And on top of that THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $15 for the cards beingSend back.lBlaming your mistake as a worker knowing this information on your client. I signed that receipt because I trusted your employee and the Information she gave me.So upsetting how little customer service you have. Specially coming from the manager. So unprofessionally.

This place is so convenient! I use them to ship items I sell on Etsy. They are always careful and gentle with my packages, ensuring they make it to the buyer safely. I love that I don’t have to drive all the way to the USPS store, such a time saver
