The site manager is awesome Everything else is truly abysmal. Last Thursday I rented a storage unit. The next evening I went to my storage unit to put stuff in it. The lot closes at 10pm. At 10:05, I tried to leave, but the gate was locked and refused to accept my gate code. I called customer service, who scolded me before giving me a gate code, which did not work. He stated that he called the site manager who denied receiving his call. I called back 30 minutes later. This agent called the site manager, but never called me back to let me know that the site manager was on her way. Epic fail.
