We bank with this bank and our staff we are really pleased with their Customer Service ad Services provided being a business we do not have to wait nor make an appointment to speak to someone they all help the tellers and bankers regardless if we're business or not that's the one of our favorites services that we do not have to wait to be seen and they are fast with response.

They have a horrible attitude. No customer service. They admit to misusing SBA Covid 19 public money by only loaning it to customers they arbitrarily choose. Instead of the public. I am closing my account.

Terrible horrible. This is the best I can say. I have a home loan with Rabo for over 5 years never late. I paid for a LOC $200 a year for 4 years. Just started to use it in march. The statements were wrong the amount owed was wrong and I keep getting last fees and an increase in my rate EVERY month. I have called the office and they don't care at all, told me to call the 800 number. The 800 number OVER AND OVER told me to call office, the 800 number cannot tell me how much I owe or why they are jacking my rate. This is absolutely the worst. They treat me this way and I have close to $750,000 in home loans, never late mind you, how are they going to treat people get getting on their feet. HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT
