Yelp 3 was way too nice for this grocery store! Upon first entrance and throughout the whole shopping experience I saw nothing but rude and unfriendly employee's. Next, it was so dirty and nasty smelling throughout the whole store. The refrigerator doors don't work are usually wide open. Groceries are carelessly, disorderly stocked on shelves. Limited stock with bare shelves all over. I imagine people will see this and say this guy was having a bad day. I wasn't it was a good day, sunny, and warm. This was a bad store with obviously a bad store manager! Ralphs either needs to fix the problem or shut it down! Nasty!!!!!! I won't go back!

I have been shopping here for years, mainly because it is close and it serves its purpose. But lately, several mos now, they are always out of so many items. I could understand this during the Pandemic, but why are so many things out of stock now? I was just there 2 days ago for my weekly shopping. There were only 2 stalks of celery...fortunately I got the second to last one! No red bell peppers whatsoever. Four heads of iceberg lettuce that were turning brown. No Ralphs brand vanilla almond milk. No canned canelli beans, which I needed for that evening. Just an empty section on the shelf. Two or three more items that I can't recall. This is increasingly frustrating when you need a specific item (nothing fancy or exotic, just everyday stuff).

This grocery store is the most cluttered and the least clean in Palm Desert. The checkout lanes are very slow, and self checkout is even slower and more frustrating. The food is generally good quality, but shoppers need to pay close attention to the sell by and expiration dates. The coupon games, especially digital, actually cost shoppers more money due to higher prices and extra labor costs involved. I suggest choosing a different grocery store unless you're buying just a few items and you have extra time. If you complain to Ralphs, they consistently say, " I just work here." They have no desire or motivation to improve at all.

Terrible experiences here - par for the course for any Kroger stores. Aisles are small, there's never enough registers open, and the store is badly stocked.Just had a visit where of the 10 items I went to get, only one was available....and it was so far back on the top shelf that I couldn't reach it, so I didn't buy anything.A shame that there's not enough people to stock properly, but there sure were enough people checking to make sure I wasn't stealing any thing. Hey, I would have gladly bought - and PAID - for what I wanted, had it been in stock.......

This is my 1st experience with Ralph's...I'm here in California on vacation and was quite surprised...Wanted milk but the milk case was almost empty except for the very expensive brands, the food was I thought very over priced....I'm from Florida and our groceries are much better priced....That's it for my 1st try here, will see how other California groceries add up.....

The place is clean and organized for the most part. Their hours are really flexible as they are open until 1 am. Limited staff for checkouts at night, there was only one register open. It is easy to find what you need through the aisles. Their location is also central in Palm Springs

Well organized and clean store. All prices were competitive. Updated my Ralph's Club membership. Must admit the key chain tag was a little frayed. Showing the barcode on the app is faster. Only minus- the bakery cookies. Sorry. Not up to the ones at the big "C".

I really don’t ever review Ralphs, I mean what kind of person are you? Superior, Food4less, Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons, Whole foods, Sprouts – get my drift? Anyways, I’ve always been a big fan of Ralphs. This is usually my go to when I am in the area. I had wings at another location Sun Valley, Ca and they were amazing. I thought I would give them a try, they looked so dry and I was a bit hesitant but decided to go with it. I got 6pc wings with wedges, that was the worse Idea of the day. The potatoes were undercooked, I probably should have stopped eating them but nope. Don’t want it to be TMI but I was in the restroom for a good 30mins. Do yourself a favor and omit the wedges and wings

Ralphs is my go-to grocery store for all my weekly shopping needs. Their selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. They also have a great selection of prepared foods, perfect for busy weeknights. The prices are reasonable and there are always plenty of deals and discounts available. But what really sets Ralphs apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. Overall, I highly recommend Ralphs for anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience.

This review is for the bakery. I wanted something simple and I remembered the cakes being good here some time ago. Well...not sure what happened but it was the most awful tasting cake I have ever tried. The cupcakes were also not good, not as bad as the cake but definitely not good and looked nothing like the picture. Never again. $60 worth of cake tossed in the trash.

We discovered Ralph’s on Country Club and Cook in Palm Desert and quickly made it our go-to grocery store. The service is outstanding. In particular I want to make note of the cashier whose name is Loleen. My wife and I specifically look for her as she is always pleasant, polite and professional. However her patience stands out. I’m not sure how she manages with some of the clueless and less than pleasant folks she has to deal with, but she remains positive and cheerful throughout it all. If she is the face of Ralph’s, this grocery store is in great hands.
