If I could give 0 stars I would. The billing department is horrible. The coded a claim wrong and insurance denied it. We had to contact the insurance company to find out why it was denied. We then forwarded the info and asked rivers edge to resubmit the claim with the correct code. This has been nearly a year and they have not resubmitted the claim. Instead they keep sending us past due statements and phone calls along with threats of collections. I definitely would not recommend them.

The team in River's Edge is really professional and caring. They help their patients in the very early steps of dealing with insurance until the medication is delivered to the door with all the suplies and stuff needed. I like that they listen to their patients and care for their requests, and make themselves available when needed.

Just got vaccinated there today and it was an awesome environment with friendly people working there providing excellent service. I was in and out so quickly and the whole process was very pleasant. So glad I found them! Thank you to their phenomenal team of people working there! You guys rock!

This is the WORST pharmacy that I have EVER used!! I am supposed to receive a monthly shipment of Hizentra,as I am supposed to have my SubQ administered every week, on the same day. I have a rare disease that if I don't get it, I am in severe pain and lose my muscle control, within a day of NOT getting it. I order early, so I will receive it on time for the next month,and not only do I NOT get it a week earlier then I actually have a nurse give it to me, each day they call an

I completely agree with the prior commenter on the one star rating and his comment. If it was possible, I would give no stars at all! I attempted to obtain a simple vaccination that my physician recommended that I obtain. Unfortunately, I was directed to this particular pharmacy by my health insurance plan, as it was close to my home. After wasting 3+ weeks and several phone calls to try to schedule an appointment. Mysteriously, this pharmacy kept losing the paperwork (my doctor's office faxed to them 4x both the insurance authorization(s) and the actual prescription). Called doctor's office and confirmed 4 separate times that they had sent/faxed everything necessary to obtain the authorized vaccination. After calling this last time, I was so frustrated with Rivers Edge Pharmacy, that I called my doctor's office, inquiring if I had to go to this particular pharmacy. Turns out that many other local pharmacies have the vaccination in stock and I required no pre-authorization and I could obtain it as a walk-in, no appointment necessary. RUN, DO NOT WALK TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!!!

Very friendly and courteous. Staff are professional and helpful. Hours of operation are very helpful as my work schedule makes it hard sometimes to get to the pharmacy. Dealing with the affects of cancer has not been easy but these people sure helped a lot.

Great Pharmacy /business. They are very friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Joseph is the pharmacist there and he always takest he time to explain things and be helpful. Skip all the supremarket's pharmacies. If you want good customer service, go to River Edge Pharmacy. I teach business classes at Chaffey college and Riverside Community College. I know a successful business when I see one. Thanks for your help guys and I will definitely be returning.
