Super friendly and attentive host, but our server was the best of the entire night, excellent service. He gave us many options and was attentive to us the entire time, bravo to him.All the food was excellent, everything on point, excellent presentation and quality. We had a wonderful experience.

Had such a great dinner with my folks for Date Night. Service was amazing. Such wonderful staff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and sat promptly. I know this place gets busy during the weekends but on this day, Saturday it wasn't bad. The food was so good, hot when brought out and presentable. Our server was so nice, checking on us just the right amount of times and not excessively. My parents each had the Ultimate Feast plates and I had the surf n turf. Some might say pricey at $50 a Feast but you get to 2 main entrees, 2 side entrees and 2 sides. More food than they could finish but I wanted them to experience a little of everything. Our steaks were cooked just as we asked. We also ordered the mango berry sangria which was delicious. Recommend that with your meal. The atmosphere was that of a quiet setting and soft lighting so we could have a quiet evening and talk. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. We will be back and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

They piled everyone together in same room and left the rest of the restaurant empty. Very loud and constant traffic going by table.

Service was great. We had fish and chips which were good not great but good. Also had scallops and shrimp which tasted a little old and rubbery. Bacon mac and cheese was good. Have not been in years thought we would have lunch. Will not rush back. Over priced for the quality.

The food has gone downhill and the prices increased everyone is just robbing us all to make more money so sad they have no regard for people as long as the can rob you that's why they don't have many customers:(

Went to celebrate a birthday luncheon and had a delightful time once we were seated. Our waiter, Manny, was an absolute charming server and treated the 16 ladies with a lot of compassion. I would recommend him for employee of the year. Thanks Manny.

Employees were friendly knowable dinning areas were clean and well maintained. Only suggestion I were have is to add some vegan/ vegetarian options.

Thoroughly underwhelming. Resturant was half empty but still waiting an hour to get food for a table of five. Carrots still have stems on them, linguine very salty, reminding the staff that we needed cutlery... after the food was finally served, shrimp tails were still on the shrimp when they were served, and half the swordfish order was dropped on the floor in the kitchen. Staff offered to cook a new swordfish order (on the house) but after another half hour the order still wasn't ready. A couple items taken off the bill but still not worth going. All round disappointing for a restaurant like Red Lobster.

We went on Valentine's Day while visiting Palm Desert for a concert... they had great specials, and were very well staffed even if the restaurant was packed and had 1 hour average wait. I used Red Lobster App, and they honored a reservation on one of the busiest days of the year. Great management in store was checking on the staff and tables between orders.
