Was able to get all of my questions answered, concerns addressed and left as a new Internet/Mobile/TV subscriber. Left Verizon after 23yrs due to their lack of quality customer service. Spectrum Representative Selena Colorado was exceptional! Very pleased with my decision to switch to Spectrum.

Not enough employees to handle the customers. Online, it tells you to package up your equipment that's being returned . When you get there, they pull everything out of the boxes and tell you they don't recycle them and you end up taking the boxes back home.

Rude. Walk in to simply drop equipment and was told to sign in on a tablet and take a seat and wait? Just take the damn equipment. It's clearly marked with a serial #. Your service sucks. Won't use it again. Store service even worse.

If youre lucky enough to get a nice sales person to assist you which I did, this is a decent experience, however there were loads of unhappy customers mainly because the wait time is absurd - especially when you witness staff literally standing and talking to one another when they could be moving the line along quicker. Spectrum should really automate the entire process and allow customers to just pick up from a kiosk as having humans at the counter doesnt really seem to add to the experience.
The check-in process is also ridiculous. Im all for technology but when you can look at a sales person at an empty counter and they still have to process your appt online is to me grossly inefficient.

Worst WiFi I have ever used i pay 80$ a month just for it to turn off and on ever 30 minutes we have contacted them multiple times to come and fix it and instead of trying to figure out the problem all you guys do replace the router and leave and the problem continues to happened we have called over 4 times and you guys do the same thing over and over is actually sad they just hire anyone at this point

A rude Spectrum service representative named Ramon disrespected my elderly grandfather and mother, insulting their lack of technical expertise and deriding their selection of electronic devices when they came in to the store for assistance. If this was a sales or upgrade attempt, it was a pathetic one and left my family distraught and distrustful of the customer service representatives that we are supposed to rely on for help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and no ones family should be subject to such a high level of disrespect from a company with which we are not only paying customers, but loyal ones at that.

Ramon is absolute incompetent, disrespectful, slow, and awful human being to have working at a costumer service job. Someone with such low interpersonal skills should not be allowed to work helping the public ESPECIALLY WOMEN AND THE ELDERLY.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour, 4 employees working there, but only 2 are servicing customers. Piss poor spectrum.

Could not buy 2 cell phones unless I put a bedroom rater in. We life with our kids who have Spectrum WiFi, bur we are not on their plan. I have Verizon right and wanted to stich to Spectrum.

Work out of Palm Desert in a building off Cook St. Salespeople keep coming in our building knocking on all the businesses doors. Well on our door and on a few others there are signs asking to please not solicit all salespersons and vendors must have appointment. I'm not sure what part of that they are not understanding but they do not respect our boundaries and still walk in unannounced trying to sell us more services. We have this policy in place for safety reasons and your team is causing a safety issue by not listening. Please talk to your team about respect and boundaries

Today was my 2nd visit to the Spectrum store in the past week. Last week, I went to exchange our internet router. After checking in to see a representative you sit and wait. There are only 2 representatives who are helping people, and they take an excruciating amount of time with customers (trying to upsell them to get Spectrum Cell service). We learned that the router wasn't compatible with our wireless devices, and the Spectrum whoservice man that came to the house last Friday said that we should buy our own router, as the Spectrum router wouldn't be compatible. I arrived to return the router at the store at 4:30 this afternoon. I checked in and started to wait. While I was there I couldn't help but notice how rude the representatives were to the customers being served. One woman yelled at a man (like he was a child) who was returning equipment in original boxes. She made him take the equipment out of the boxes. While waiting, I was using my phone to watch TV and they thought I was filming them. When they called me up 50 minutes later, the representative told me to delete whatever I had filmed in the store. I said I was just watching TV on my phone, but they would not help me unless I deleted something on my phone. I deleted a couple of old photos before I got help. Never again.

Do not trust salespeople at Spectrum. They will say they want to offer you the best deal, however please be aware of their deals. I had been charged for "voice" on my bill, i did not realize that they added this feature as a "package" and never confirmed to me that this is a landline because it does not indicate "landline" on the billing statement. Spectrum is a horrible horrible company and I would say to please avoid Spectrum at all costs or they will charge you when you dont expect it and by then, it's too late!!

Spectrum is a TERRIBLE internet service provider . I work from home and lose service during important meetings on a weekly basis! We've called to complain multiple times. They offered us $10 off a monthly bill. Keep your lousy $10 and figure out how to provider the service that you say is your business. I hate Spectrum and will leave soon as there's a better option in the Coachella Valley!
