I am one of the people who almost never reviews a place... but on this occasion, it deserves it one hundred percent... 2 weeks ago I went to have my business cards made, which I have been doing in the same place for the last 5 years... This place allows me to prepare my business cards to my liking, the invoices of my small business... and 2 weeks ago, somehow they were not ordered to be done. which I spoke with the manager Dennis, and he paid a lot of attention to my need and problem of not having received my business cards on time... which once I made my complaint, he immediately promised to resolve it... which was surprising from one day to the next they were finished, the logo was perfect and the color... I did not agree with that. But he decided to cover the expense for the inconvenience. Thank you, Mr. Dennis!! for solving my problem with professionalism and going one step further by accommodating my order!! hoping that the company appreciates his hard work and hus professionalism in this company..Marco's CLASIC MOBILE DETAIL certified Detailer

I simply needed to adjust my computer screen turns out its one button to press also I was told if I go get my printer and come back they will download drivers so I can use it. Instead they tried to pressure me to get un needed upgrades and didnt want to return my computer. Dont bring your computer to them.

On Monday 9/18/23 at approximately 9:15am I encountered perhaps one of the rudest Staples employees I've ever dealt with in 20yrs of shopping at Staples, at the Rancho Mirage location on hwy 111 If your unaware, Staples is a registered agent for processing most TSA.gov requests. I had scheduled an appointment with the TSA for HME fingerprints weeks prior to arriving at the store location. The TSA specifically gave me a list of two items I needed to bring to my appointment. Upon arrival I was met with an indignant, frustrated, frazzled, and rude Staples employee who refused to accept one of my two forms of identification clearly spelled out by the TSA as valid. She indicated she knew more than the DMV and TSA and started yelling at me threatening to kick me out of the store unless I went along with her requests. After some deliberation where she contacted her manager she finally agreed to process my application based on the fact her manager indicated I had all the necessary documentation. Anyhow I wish the story ended there. My guess is she was so upset about being proved wrong she FAKE processed my application. Immediately after leaving the store I had such a bad feeling about the interaction I contacted the TSA to verify if my application had been submitted. The TSA indicated my application had NOT been processed and voided immediately after leaving the store. Furthermore the Staples employee refused to provide a transaction receipt indicating I'd have to wait for an email answer to my application within 60 days. IMHO, She was obviously playing a con-game with zero intention of acting in good faith while exacting some sort of revenge. I needed to have TSA verification for work, this lady (agent) not only didn't process my fingerprints her actions also threatened my job security. I reported her to the TSA and she's currently being investigated. Subsequently, I drove 54 miles to the next closest Staples to have my application processed properly.

On 9.05.23 at approximately 630 pm, I went to Staples to pick up a few supplies and to purchase a printer. The specific printer I was looking for was the Epson 3850 Eco Tank. A sales rep by the name of Ryan asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and his response was anything but professional. He gasped and chuckled, "well, If I had that printer, it would be right here (while pointing wherethe printer supposedly would have been). I can order it online and see if its available." Ryan did not look to see if the printer was placed in another location because other printers were mixed matched throughout the shelf. I declined his sarcastic offer and continued shopping. Within minutes, I inadvertently located TWO of the requested printers mixed in with the ink replacement cartridges. Not sure why it was there, since Ryan was an adamant ass about where it would have been of they did have it. Needless to say, I did not but the printer. I left the store, sat in the parking lot amd ordered it online from a more professional company. A company of which I will use to buy ink refills. It shoud be noted, Ryan wasnt wearing a name tag like the other employee ls. I had to ask another employee for Ryan's name. The picture depicted is the printer i was going to buy, but bought it somehwere else. Its unfortunate that I have to wait a few days, but at least I got much better customer service.

I had a difficult time making a claim through Asurion for a broken office chair. The process was long and arduous. I would like to thank store manager Marisela for advocating for me by stepping in to make this claim possible and successful. Thank you, Marisela!

I see this is an ongoing problem in the printing section. I read a few bad reviews about no help and just rude.Overall I’ve been to Palm desert staples a lot and the cashiers are very nice and helpful. One actually downloaded the staples app to save me money.Downloads and Seniors sometimes you need a little help. I can’t say the same about the printing section.There are at least 2 women there that need to be fired because they are rude and just nasty, staples has yet to realize they are losing customers behind it.Or maybe they just don’t care unless them 2 are affiliated with the owners.Nevertheless if they are they still should be trained better how to deal with customer service.Friday July 21, I went there to ask do you have fax service. The lady said over there. The last time I faxed something was in 2008. Before a stroke and using a cane.I asked her nicely could she help me, she huff and puff and then starting telling me instructions how to use it.I then asked her can she show me how to operate it. She did but was nasty in the process.When we got to the fax machine I told her you’re telling how to use it and it’s very simple for you.I’m 59 and had a stroke and my understanding how to use simple machines are now difficult for me.To still be alive and can talk I will take it. Hopefully staples take care of their in house problem. Customers deserve better while patronizing their store.
