I bought a 9' flocked Xmas tree that was on sale after Xmas of 2015. January I picked up what I thought was my boxed-up tree & didn't ask to open the box to inspect it. The box wasn't opened till December of 2016 when I donated my services as a Xmas decorator to a fund-raising event. The tree & all it's decorations were to be sold. I wasn't able to sell it because I wasn't given the tree that I bought. I bought a very lush, heavily flocked tree & what I got was a cheap flocked tree with little flocking plus many lights had gone out & whoever the Storekeeper hired to rewire it used GREEN wired lights when the rest of the tree had white wire plus no lights were put on the entire lowest row of branches on the tree. I called the store several times through the year & kept being put off saying the person who handled the stored trees was out of town. In August of 2017, when the store decorates for Xmas, I reached the manager again knowing she couldn't say that she didn't have access to storage. Instead she said there were NO FLOCKED TREES IN STORAGE & I must be mistaken. I can only assume they sold my tree to someone else & refused to be honest & own their mistake. I certainly didn't get my $450 + tax back. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!

If you need something Christmas-related, there is an excellent chance that you will find it here. Situated on El Paseo, your expectations of a higher-end shop (with the accompanying higher-end prices) are certainly met here. If I had a sack full of money, I would definitely buy an entire tree and ornaments here; instead we get the occasional decoration, and enjoy the friendly, helpful service along the way.
