I was having issues with my phone I took it in to them and in a matter of minutes they fixed it. Staff were so very friendly. I love their service too. They charge me $44 a month instead of the $100 a month my other carrier was charging. So I'm saving almost $60 a month. Go check them out. Might save you money too.

Came in the other day wanting to switch carriers, but i ended up walking out because I could not believe the workers talking bad about multiple customers; making jokes about them. Very unprofessional. What a great first impression! No thanks.

The chick worker lied to me about my phone trade in estimate, lied about the remaining amount to pay off for my actual iPhone, lied about the fact that the promotion which gives you up to $1000 for a trade in to get the new iPhone was going to last until March or later for sure. She did everything possible to talk me off the deal. I went back home and the T-Mobile website again gave me an estimate of $1000 for my trade in, not 800 as she said. Had to fly to Italy the next day, when I came back I decided to do the trade in especially after I felt she was pushing me out the deal too hard and misleading me. I even discovered I owe only $200, not 300 as she said, so I decided to do the trade in. Too bad that the promotion was only for a month and expired on October 6th... I was there at least 11 days before the expiration... I called customer service, they were really kind but they couldn't really fix this for me... I may switch to another company now bringing with me my 6 lines. Avoid this store as much as you can. T-mobile apparently allows all these scammers to open stores which are not corporate and they do all the damage they want.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue today with my iPhone 11 wallet and credit card charges and the associate was able to immediately diagnose my issue, ie, I needed to force an update from IOS 15.7 to 16 to resolve a known bug with credit card charges in the Apple Wallet. I did go to the Apple store first and they referred me to call Apple Care or wait 2 hours for an appointment, while they had 6 associates walking around the store with iPads doing nothing!!!!

Tmobile store inside the palmdesert mall is the worst store to buy your phone.. purchase my phone yesterday night. Came back the next day because the t mobile technician told me to go back to the store where I got it because it could be the equipment problem..the store manager told one of the associates that they cannot do anything, they cannot help me. So i said give me back my old phone , they said my phone is gone and the sales tax that i paid yesterday. Crazy..As they are going through my account. I found out that Tmobil has been charging me $20, for the last 4 months for a watch phone that i don't know anything about.. never had one.. 14 years with sprint..no problem..Tmobil first month..problem already. Also the associate at the Tmobil store in the mall told me to go to the store in la quinta, maybe that store can help me..SERIOUSLY..

Leo was so kind and patient with me! Even though he and Gilbert didn’t have the ability to replace my phone (I need to go to Apple) they helped me understand exactly what my next steps needed to be even though that didn’t mean a sale for them. Amazing customer service, especially considering I went the day before Christmas Eve. Give these gentlemen a raise!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! MANAGER IS COMPLETE GARBAGE!! Do no go here, you will be scammed. I walked in for a promotion that was running but instead they took my phone and charged me in full for another other phone. They lied and said I would receive a credit in my future statements and that did not happen! They pinned the blame on me and said that they would never do that, I had to go through corporate to finally receive my credit. As they looked into it and said the transaction did not make sense. The manager at this store said oh well, nothing we can do, hung up repeatedly. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! I REPEAT AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
