The company is horrible.. one of the worst establishments I've ever walked into. Everyone is overworked while the higher ups sit on their ass with their Starbucks refill..

Jobranah an employee was so helpful when my friends and i where being judged, and getting nasty looks while we were purchasing a personal item for someone. And Jobranah came to the rescue and moved us to a different cash register and she did not make a single face nor look.

Someone he seemed to be dropped off to work in Target had a dog in the trunk I told security they thought it was funny. The guy went to the back of the store as if to go to work swing shift at 3pm the car drove off erratically with the dog locked in the trunk.?

this is got to be the worst target ever. I was looking in the women's workout clothing area and I picked up a pair of workout pants and there was a young girl there working on merchandise and she actually yelled at me and said don't pick up the pants. Tell me what size you need you're making a mess , I am a 62-year-old woman and I shop at target all the time. I never experienced anything like this the young lady then proceeded to move the pile of pants that I was looking at to a whole Nother area. I immediately called for a manager and told her about the situation, I will never shop at this target again.

This is my favorite Target in the area. Clean, plenty of good parking, and friendly checkout people. Also nice is this Target shares a parking lot with Ulta, Old Navy, Total Wine, and Aldi. You can get a lot done in one shot.

Came here while in town to get some sunscreen and body wash. The store was fairly clean (although super cluttered and narrow at the entrance which is weird to me and unlike other Targets I have been to). I was able to find body wash quickly but struggled with sunscreen. They did not have a very big selection of sunscreen for a place that is in the desert where it is hot and would be needed. I was able to find the up & up brand that was a reasonable price for a lotion vs spray. Staff I asked about where to find the sunscreen was friendly. We did self check out so we didn't interact with many people. This Target is in a shopping center with many other stores (Ulta, DSW, Bob's furniture) but parking is plentiful. It is hard to navigate into and out of the parking lot but I made it out.

Most of my time here was fine and a normal Target experience. I only wanted to suggest that the store shouldn't approve of closing down an area simply to stock. I wanted check the card area to see what was new, but there were carts blocking this part of the store and a guy standing there on his phone. I asked a question and naturally got a rude response. I did some other shopping and was in the store for an hour but was never able to shop in this little 'special' area near the cash registers. Shouldn't it be possible to stock a department and let customers shop it at the same time?

We use the drive up service. The employees always deliver. Thank you for making it easy for us. May I suggest to allow us to give them a tip for bringing our groceries to our car? I think it is a nice gesture to show our appreciation.

I love going to the target on hwy 11 in palm desert, since it was the closest to my location at the time. However Their store security Kam, has made many of my visits uncomfortable as he's always approached me in a way that made comments about my body and appearance. My close friend whom works at target has also mentioned that he's made several women and other employees feel unsafe at work. Apparently reports have been made on him several times but nothing has been recorded nor has his actions have changed. Be careful next time you visit Target in Palm desert.

This is a special shout-out to Marla. The world would be a better place if we had more people in the service industry like her. Marla is such a wonderful ambassador for your company, and I always seek her out when I'm ready to checkout. Nothing interferes with her welcoming spirit even though I've spilled dishwashing detergent all over her conveyor belt or done countless other stupid things in her presence. She is just the best of the best!

Love target. However things the only one I've been to where employees avoid you anyway they can. Stand around on their phones no friendly smiles or greetings from one single employee we encountered. Staff seems so miserable there .

The level of incompetence at this PD Target is unlike anything I've ever experienced from a corporate run store. These people have clearly never been trained on what to do when a customer gets hurt and they don't even have basic common decency to know how to act. I would love corporate management to pull up the cameras from yesterday around 10:45-11am to see when I slipped in water in front of the customer service desk. A HUGE puddle of water that was right under their nose as the young man and woman stood there talking. There were those two people at the desk on one side of me, and 3 cashiers on the other side and not one single person came over to help me up. As I slid around and lifted myself off the floor, theyjust watched and then the guy behind the desk asked if I was ok and I immediately stated "No, I'm not. That really hurt my knee." He and the girl then just stood there staring at me. He then goes, "You just fell somehow?" like I did it for no reason out of the blue. I said, "No....I slipped! There's water all over the ground here." He then stated, "oh it must have been those kids that were here". The girl told him to go get some paper towels to clean it up. He did and then she just stood there looking at me as dumbfounded as he had. I asked her to check my gift card balance which is why I was coming over there as he went to clean up the floor. I kept checking my knee because my adrenalin was going and I couldn't tell how bad or ok it was. I complained that I was on my way to my granddaughter's birthday party and now my shirt was all wet on the back and I had to have Target floor on me all day which is disgusting. I was hurt, humiliated, and embarrassed. After a few more minutes of complete disinterest in my wellbeing, I finally told the guy that I appreciated him cleaning up the whole floor but maybe he could offer me something for the backwash that had been dripping down my leg for the past few minutes. He tried to hand me a paper towel and I asked for a sanitizing wipe instead. The girl called on the radio for Rocio to come up. Rocio comes over and I asked for sanitizing wipes for my leg and tell her I fell. Rocio turns around to go get them. I asked the girl if she thought she should call a manager since someone just fell in the store and she informed me that Rocio WAS the manager! Seriously?! That was the manager? She sure didn't act like a manager who was just told a customer fell and was hurt in her store. Then Rocio comes back and hands me....wait for it...an alcohol wipe. Like the little square ones the clean your arm with before you get a shot. Wtf am I supposed to do with this? I tried to open it bigger but it was still too small. My whole leg was dripping wet. This is Target and you can't find a sanitizing wipe? At that point I expressed my frustration with how nobody helped me up, nobody seemed concerned at all, I had to ask for something to clean myself up, I had to ask for a manager, nobody even offered to take an incident report, I was dirty, I was wet, I was hurt, I was embarrassed and being humiliated by the staff and everyone was acting clueless how to handle the situation. She then got defensive with me and said "Do you want ice? What do you want? You want a shirt? Go get a shirt?" I told her I didn't want anything from her! Why would I want help from someone who clearly doesn't want to help me? I was so pissed off I just walked away, got my granddaughters bows and bags and left. I was so angry I forgot I had another gift in the car and had to return to get another bag at which point I see the two useless customer service people presumably talking about it (they were gesturing towards the floor and making dramatic faces) and laughing hysterically about the situation. Not one single thing was done correctly from start to finish. Hire better people and train them!! I will be filing a complaint bc this experience was so beyond horrible and didn't need to be that way!

Welcome to the world's worst Target, The staff here don't care so why should you. Think of the worst thing that can happen to you at a retail store, It will happen here. Looking for an item they carry? Good luck. Want change for a 5 ? The staff here don't have the mental capacity to accomplish such a task. You will most likely receive a ripped bill, and when you ask for a different bill they will accuse you of ripping it. Every simple task takes at least 20 minutes to accomplish here at best. So if you value your time and Sanity I would shop literally anywhere else

I came to Target to pick up my "drive up" order, after a 12 hour shift working at the hospital, dealing with sick angry patients. I'm writing this review as I sit and wait in my car- now 25 minutes. As I type, I'm also on the phone with customer service, the online "800" number, and they are trying to get a hold of someone that will answer the phone, which I've already tried myself. Worse Target I've ever been to. Honestly, just go to Walmart!!!! Free advice- pay less and go to Walmart; the experience will be the same at a cheaper price. UPDATE: after being on the phone with Targets customer service, they too were unable to get a hold of anyone at Palm Desert, Target. Solution: A ten dollar discount and return tomorrow after another 12 hour shift. An employee may decide to come to the car tomorrow.
