I got my hair done by Grace and let me tell you she is the best. She did a beautiful job on my hair left it exactly how I wanted it. She is so sweet and very professional. If you walk in to the Loft hair studio make sure you ask for Grace you won't regret it. You will walk out feeling beautiful.

I really enjoyed The Loft Hair Studio. My mom and I were getting our hair done for a wedding that we were attending later that day. It did take a long time but that is because I have really thick hair. Anyways, I LOVE how my hair looked! I really recommend this place and here is a picture of my hair. Sorry the picture isn't really good but I was in a rush for the wedding like I said.

I was in the desert on vacation and wanted to find a quick blowout. It's usually hit or miss with a random stylist, but I got lucky and found Casie. I have very fine hair and so many times after a blow dry it goes flat. I loved the body and volume she gave my hair. Her salon is conveniently located and very clean and airy. I am coming back to the desert in the Spring and have already set up an appointment with her again. I just wish she lived and worked in San Diego.

Was referred to Melody by several friends & so glad I went to her. She has done my daughter's prom do & bob, as well as, my hair & we both loved it!! I'd totally recommend her.

Just wanted to say how fabulous this Salon is! Casie is an amazing hair stylist and I highly recommend her to everyone! She always makes me feel so beautiful/amazing after leaving the Loft with my new cut, color and style. Casie also gives me some helpful tips on how to style and look after my hair. The Loft has excellent service and are very professional! What a great team that works here and such a happy environment! Thank you again!

I made the mistake of bleaching my hair to go blonde after I had done dark brown over red box dye. I went to someone else for the bleaching and she both ruined my hair and turned it orange. I went to Casie to get it fix and she did a stellar job! She was kind, knowledgeable and very communicative as to what she was going to do. The shop was filled with good people and was extremely clean and decently priced. It was an amazing experience and environment all around; very impressed with both the people, the shops atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Definitely go see Casie!

I hadn't gotten my hair cut in 8 years , I've always been completely terrified to get my hair cut , im getting married in 2 months so I finally sucked it up and decided to reach out to a few salons and see who could accommodate me , NO ONE was available not one single salon from Indio to Palm Springs , then I found the loft , & I am so thankful !! Davey /David was amazing he listened to every word and my hair came out amazing I can't put into words how happy I am !!! Definitely recommend !!! I will be coming back , no more waiting 8 years!!

I never write bad reviews but I am so utterly upset and disappointed and out $175 that I have no other choice. I usually see Brenda for Brazilian blowouts but b/c of a personal matter she is not doing them right now, she referred me to Danielle instead. I received a message the day of my appointment from Danielle that they didn't have hot water so it's up to me if I wanted to come or reschedule. She mentioned nothing that it would hurt my blowout. Since I had to travel the next day because I just found out my dad has cancer and my wedding is only in 2 weeks I said i'll bear the cold water. Danielle applied the product but it never smelled the way it usually did so I knew it wasn't enough. When I brought it up she said it's just the air blowing in the salon so I let it go. I didn't want to be an utter pain. I should also mention I've had 20 Brazilian blowouts so I know what I'm talking about. I left, flew to see my dad the next day and due to the overwhelming stress of being with a parent who has cancer and planning my upcoming wedding, I didn't wash my hair for a week. When I did I knew something was wrong. It was SO frizzy. This is never the case!! I text Danielle immediately to tell her I needed a redo. I went to get my haircut with Chloe at J. Russell (go see her, she's fab!) and even she was like OMG your hair is so frizzy, no way did your Brazilian work. Danielle replied to my text and told me it was possibly because of the cold water at the salon and to redo it I will have to pay $50 for product. UH WHAT?! So you and your salon messed up and now I have to pay more? What happened to customer service and some understanding and doing the right thing. Meanwhile my wedding is now in a week and a half and I will have frizzy uncontrollable hair in Hawaii. All while not having my father to walk me down the aisle. I cannot even believe how someone like this feels this is an OK business practice or to treat people this way.. Received a message a few days later from Danielle that she'd do it for $25 but still my fault on the water issue. I took down my review thinking OK maybe they will make this right. I explained again she should look at her texts and that I was not informed this would not work because of their water. I told her I would pay and my hair was even shorter so should be easier for her. She replied 2 days later I was condescending and rude. Clearly I was to blame for this incident so my sincerest apologies to the Loft Salon for expecting customer service and to make things right.

Clean, friendly, professional environment. A hidden gem in Palm Desert. Ask for Stacey - her cuts are amazing, her knowledge of colour is great, and she's simply enjoyable to be around. I will definitely be returning!
