This tilly's is the best! The staff is always so helpful and ask you questions are care about how you are doing. They have a wide selection of choices and have great changing rooms! The clothes and accessories are well priced and are good quality!

My daughter and I walked into Tillys, 2 employees were at the counter. We were looking at backpacks. For about 3 minutes, not one employee so much as looked up at us. One guy was on the phone and the girl was fixing a backpack or something. Finally, I said "are you open" they said yes I said "I wasn't sure since no one said one word to us or even looked up at us." I of course, did not buy the backpack I was there to buy.

Made my way to Tilly's after some time and honestly The Store was bright and well stocked. I was asked by Brian if I needed anything I said "mask" he then said We don't have any. I was confused since after checking online the store shows they have mask. He then suggested I check by the register. I still found nothing. I literally walked to the front door and went online and placed my order I came back in 15 mins later and Brian informed Me even though I had confirmation it could still be up to an hour later than the actual order. It was at this time I realized Brian was not the employee for Me being dismissive and short is no way to handle things. I think maybe he needed a break or maybe some Customer Training . I just know We won't be back with so many options nowadays being treated like a problem can never bring Customers back.

Store closed...oh wait, a temp location downstairs and wasn't hard to find unless you're blind. Staff was very nice and helpful. Although very small location, plenty of items on hand. I've had difficulty with staff helping in other location but not here.

Drove out here for nothing just to see that this store is close for construction at least update that the store is temporarily closed. Assholes

Just shopped there and wow, what an uncomfortable staff. One in particular was a Latin girl with blonde hair and the energy was so disturbing. She was Passive aggressive and did not look like she wanted to be there. I'm originally from Huntington Beach and definitely would not recommend this Tillys to anyone. Very strange and weird

We went for the first time at this location and the associates were all very helpful. Store was clean and organized. My husband found what he needed.

Just went to the Palm Desert Tillys to exchange a shirt with tags that I had purchased online. I just wanted a smaller size, and they said I had to do it online. Their policy online says that items can be exchanged (even without a receipt) for something of equal or lesser value. Won't be going back there again. So annoyed.

Love Tillys, no matter where it is located. All the sales and floor associates are always happy and extremely helpful. The vast selection of products and competitive prices keep us coming back all the time. Great place for travelers or outdoor enthusiasts.

This is a great store because of the tremendous variety to choose from. From colorful backpacks to shoes to pants to a huge selection of colorful tee shirts. I especially love the many patterns you find on the tee shirts here. They also have an excellent choice of watches and they even have Oakley brand sun glasses. A great store.
